Ordered food it came in was raw and uncooked called manager she said she would send it out correct and I waited over and hour called back trinity stated there no pizza coming and manager went home I said so am I getting my correct order she states no and literally told me I would have to pay again if I wanted it she said call manager tomorow I was so upset had to order from another pizza location spend more money and call manager at this location tommore big joke she could have just said she could send my order and reason why not oh it’s on the way smh so unprofessional went home without making sure your customer was getting her order

I almost finished my pasta and found a human hair in my pasta. The worst part is that I almost finished my pasta. Now I feel so disgusted just thinking that they baked the pasta with the hair in it. I called and they told me that they would give me credit for a free pasta. No thanks, I don't want to eat anything from there anymore! And now we don't want to eat dinner anymore and we spent almost 100 dollars. So Who is gonna fix this? I should have read the reviews before buying here Oh, and I forgot to mention that they didn't put the jalapeños that I asked for in the pasta, which I didn't give a damn about. But with hair in my pasta, I can't stand it.

Ordered 2 pizzas. My usual. There is no cheese on my pizzas. I filed a claim okay great but what am I supposed to eat for dinner. The plan was pizza for a reason. Called the store, asked to speak with a manager. Sat on hold for 3 minutes, then hung up. How do you forget cheese? When you realize you forget it, why don't you fix it before sending it out? Take pride in your work. People work to hard to waste money.

My on line order was put in at 6:00 the tracker showed it went in oven at 6:22. It arrived at my house at 7:30. The pizza had a good taste but was very cold. Will not be using this service again.

I have never had an order from Dominos that was delivered so quickly. They are very good at prepping and delivering in a timely manner, and the food is always fresh and taste amazing. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. If this store doesn't have an award, they should.

The price point does not match the quality of quantity of what I purchased. After a few issues now, I have decided that you are now fired from my pizza choices.
