every single time i’ve come here there’s been some sort of awkwardness or odd experience.
but let’s just talk about what happened 20 minutes ago.
my partner came to the drive thru and we tried to order two $6 meal deals and that’s all.
about 4 times during us trying to order this, the man taking our order would all of a sudden begin talking to other people like his coworkers bossing them around annoyed about giving the customer their order and the window and saying something about their coworker trying to give the customer the wrong order.
he repeated my coffee order wrong 4 times in a row and didn’t confirm with me that it was what i said then told us the total and to come forward. he said the total was $19 and some change. two $6 meal deals wouldn’t equal $19…
the person in front of us looked like they’d been there a while and was most likely the customer they were speaking among themselves about. after waiting for 10min we knew it wasn’t worth waiting because i had such a strong feeling that my order was going to be completely wrong. i used to work here. i know that when someone says medium iced coffee with caramel cream and sugar that it’s not hard to comprehend. that’s the most ordered drink they have.
anyways, we had the person behind us in the drive thru reverse their car for us so we could drive away. this location is so close to where i live but now i don’t want to go back because i feel like it’s such a waste of time.
and this was just today’s experience. if i said anything about the other times this would be much longer and i don’t feel like typing all that

I have never checked the reviews for a DUNKIN before but I had to see if it was only me. You have to order twice at the speaker and then two more times at the window because they can’t be bothered to listen the first few times for what your order is.. The wait? With 2 cars in front, we waited for 35 minutes for 2 6$ meal deals. Of course at the window after ordering again they tell us they don’t have what we ordered. The car in front of us reversed back and got out, walked to the window because they forgot stuff 😂 I don’t blame him! How hard is it to make coffee and donuts really

Holly is a terrible manager and needs to be demoted and retrained on etiquette and customer service. If it's one thing I've learned in life, its not to piss off people who deal with your food. I'm not sure why I deserved her attitude for asking politely for my order to be corrected. Mobile order, 25ct munchkins, all glaze. I received glazed and powder. I returned it to the girl at the window, and she asked Holly for guidance. Instead of remaking it, Holly told the girls to remove the powder donuts and replace them with the missing glaze. Got the box back and of course there is still powder all over the donuts. I asked for them to remake it and Holly tells me all the donuts have a little powder. Untrue and what I received, was not a little powder. This is not my first time ordering munchkins. She also informs me that they will have to throw it away. Not sure how that's my problem when my order was submitted correctly and they messed it up. After she slammed her hands on the counter, she told me to pull up and she would bring out. I refused to pull up because of past experiences where I ended up having to go inside and retrieve my order that was supposed to be delivered to me. I did not want to risk the wait since I had my child in the back seat and it was raining. So I drove off verbally telling them to keep the money and the donuts. So now HOLLY doesn't have to throw them away. You're welcome.
I won't be back. She has anger issues and I don't trust people like her to handle my food.

It’s obvious a lot of the workers here don’t care. They’re hardly engaging, not very friendly, and tend to mess up orders or take way too long. Please hire better people.

Service and availability of products have suffered. People working there are without emotion to your needs. Our of products before 11 am..needs major issues fixed by corporate. Horrible overall.

I went in there to pick up a delivery order for Uber Eats. The manager with dark hair was extremely condescending and rude. I waited over 20 minutes for a delivery order when it should be ready when I walk in the door I will never pick up another order from Dunkin’ Donuts to be delivered

Ugh where do I start? First of all they are NOT welcoming in any way. They act like you're bothering coming there. They do not speak when you get to the window to get your food. They just look you dead in the face and give you your food. No hello, screw you, thank you NOTHING..Just non verbal and most of the time its MY people acting like this (sad to admit). THEN the only thing that IS consistent is the musty bad tasting hot coffee... Its so GROSS..I go to other locations and its NOT like that. This location is horrible horrible all the way around...the Food rating is for the coffee I wouldn't dare eat there. Owner needs to really fix this mess...

On Friday March 7th I asked for 2 chocolate coved cake donuts. The gentleman advised they no longer carried the item. Another employee advised they did carry the item and told him what the do. At this point the male employee became aggressive and suggested he would not assist me. The female employee had him make the donuts . This is too much drama for a simple request. The male employee should be fired in my opinion as clearly this type of work is not his calling. Needless to say we won’t return to this location.

I don't know what has happened at this location, but it is trash now. Lines always long. But now it doesn't move. Everyone inside always playing around and talking instead of working. Eating at the drive-through window while handling our orders is unacceptable. It's probably why the health score continues to drop over the past year. Drinks are now inconsistent. The owner needs to wake up. I spend a lot of money here as I'm sure others do. But Im Happily taking it somewhere else. Clean up the trash. I watched your employees throw out the back door.

2 stars since the Cashier seemed friendly and knowledgeable. But donuts were placed in the bag together with no wrapping to divide the flavors and no napkins…so chocolate was on the inside of the bag and on the non chocolate donut.
