They say they open at 8. Never do. If you message them they just leave you on opened. So unprofessional.
This is 2 days in a row that I have called to see if they were open with no answer. The teas are great but this place is so unreliable.

I just tried to go here before work for a protein drink I haven’t eaten breakfast yet thinking I’m going to get a protein drink from here. Google says they’re open and they open at 8 but no one’s in there and the doors are locked.

The original owner I loved, but since it changed hands which has been a couple times now you never know when they are open. I have tried to stay loyal and keep giving them a chance and I love the products and have tried very hard to not give this review, but this business is very inconsistent. This is the second or third time I’ve driven over there bc Google says they are open, but they are not. Unless they specifically post on FB they are open that day, I never know if they are actually going to be open! It’s very frustrating as a customer for a business to be so inconsistent.

What a wonderful atmosphere and friendly faces. The teas are amazing and so is Kasey and her staff. I try not to miss a day for my tea and to talk with these ladies. I recommend this place to everyone I talk to. Thank you for wonderful customer service.
