I would give it five stars for their coffee if it was consistent. When it's made well, it is hands down my favorite coffee. Buuut that's also kind of the problem. It is very inconsistent. I literally order the same drink each time, and it is russian roulette on if it's going to be what I actually ordered/want. Sometimes it tastes like water milk and other times it tastes like the vanilla iced coffee I actually want. Not sure what the issue is, but when it's good, it's good and when it's bad, it's bad.

Went on 6/20/25 @ 4:30ish pm and whoever made my bf’s and I’s iced lattes did great. We’ve gone to this location frequently over the past 2.5 years and this was the best our drinks have ever tasted.

I love coming to this location! The food is always amazing, the wait is never too long, and every single employee who works here provides excellent customer service. You can tell when a team genuinely loves their job and cares about the person on the other side of the window, and Dallas Ellianos definitely has that team! Jaden especially has always made our experience exceptional. Other locations could benefit from training under Dallas's team.

My absolute favorite coffee, I even continue to drive here after moving away from Dallas. I always get the iced carmela and a ham and cheese croissant and it has never failed me! The employees are always super sweet and helpful.

The drinks I've had over the last year have always been fantastic. The breakfast bowls are delicious and their muffins are great. Their breakfast sandwiches are pretty gross though. My biggest complaint is how slow it is to get an order. You never know which lane will go faster and it takes anywhere from 10 minutes to 45 mins. I've had to stop going every morning because it kept making me late for work.
