LOVE this place! The equivalent Frappuccino's are 10x better than Starbucks. They aren't watered down, have great flavor, and are made exactly to order. The muffins are great too!

Coffee is the best! Espresso is TONS better than Starbucks! Quality of Starbucks coffee has greatly diminished! Taste of Ellianos is great! Also, Ellianos uses plastics that can be recycled. Starbucks does not!

Very disappointed today. I've visited this location several times but something was different today. I order iced coffee but it was VERY bitter & seemed like the base was soured. It may have been the toffee flavoring that was suggested to me might have been the bitter taste. Only after paying & seeing my receipt, I was charged $1.90 for flavoring. After a few swallows, I decided to return & speak to the employees. First I was told no one ever gets a refund however they offered to remake the coffee which they did but same taste. I explained it tasted exactly the same. The employees told me that the owner watches them like a hawk by the use of cameras and there was nothing else that they could do for me. Well, I hate it but those were two wasted coffees as both went in the trash. $4.91 down the drain. I know there seems to be a lot of people that have great experiences at this store, however mine was different.

Just tried the a fabulous frozen Pina colada energy drink, wonderful flavor. I will be returning to try some other "Energy drink flavors." This will be my go to place for the up coming hot humid long Spring & Summer Day.

Tried this place for the first time and was met with complete rudeness when I asked to look at the menu for a sec. Took me less than two minutes to decide and nobody else was in line. Nothing special about the coffee either so I’ll stick with Starbucks which isn’t far

Service is the reason why the stars are high. Order a bagel toasted with jelly wasn’t toasted. Drinks were sloppy made. Should have went to Dunkin’ donuts. At least I know what to expect. Never will come here again. Cost is high and the quality of what you are buying is the knock off of Starbucks.
