Been a while since we have been there, usually food is good..was colder than hell inside, asked for thick (stick to spoon) grits, were runny (ran off spoon), aftee waitress said they were thick. Waitress said sorry and left...sausage and cheese croissant, sausage was burnt, croissant toasted after i asked for it not to be...dunno if it's the cook there today...gonna be a while if we return at all.

Love this place! Even in moments that it's not perfection, it's exactly what it should be. Which is perfect in my book

Great little casual cafe, definitely nothing fancy but great home cooked type food & sandwiches, comfortable environment and friendly service. Feels like a small town eatery, and man did Dallas need something like this!!!

Ordered omelet platter which was my 2nd visit. First was good. Ordered the same thing. The ingredients inside of the omelette tasted old and was hard when chewing. The potatoes were old as well. I called and was hung up on twice and giving attitude. Poor customer service and rude staff! Don’t waste your money on these clowns!

The food here is pretty basic, not alot of seasoning, gravy not thick enough to my liking but some may like that. Adding chorizo to the grits made them taste good tho. The service wasn't bad didn't have to wait to be served or get refills

Second time I’ve been here, as I love out of state. Previous time was a party of 7, we all received our food hot and in good time. Reese was fantastic. The food was yummy, cooked to requests, simply a wonderful experience. Went today, Lauren was our server this time and she was great. Food was hot & timely & yummy again, coffee never emptied, just another wonderful experience. Highly suggested!!

Very lovely local café with attention to detail and tasty delights. Frannick's is a breakfast and lunch café closing at 3PM, their breakfast menu is available during lunch.
This outing we had their famous smoked meatloaf, 2 sides and bread choice.
Don't tell my mama, but it was better than hers.

Great place to eat. Came with my family of 5. First time in a long time every one of my kids and wife were satisfied with the food. I ordered a burger perfectly cooked. Burgers are pretty big but I couldn’t stop eating until it was finished. Thank you for the service.
