My wife and I went in to eat lunch and one woman named Morgan was running the whole show by herself and the food was awesome and she did a great job.

I have never seen such an more unorganized bunch of employees in my life.. we waited 30 minutes for a breakfast platter and a sausage gravy biscuit and a ham biscuit.. there were people here that waited 45 min.. they ran out of biscuits then they ran out of gravy... How do you run an establishment like this and the employees did not seem to care that everyone was waiting. The drive thru was wrapped around the building. When we got our did the gravy was terrible and the biscuits were burnt... Wow, just wow..

Horrible customer service. I’ve been here several times and enjoy the food but the service is horrible. I literally sat in the drive thru over 10 minutes at the box and was never greeted . Went inside to the counter and the employees were just standing around talking or playing with their phones. I won’t be back

Worst Hardee's. Just pulled up at the Hardee's people were outside talking I went to the window. No one acknowledge me for five minutes , went to the second window and a man looked at me and still didn't acknowledge me this place needs to be shut down.. never waiting on customers. I went to kfc across the street for food

Worked for this restaurant up until recently. Place has several issues. Mold, mildew, and a roach infestation. None of the food is stored at correct temperatures or stored properly. Expired food is sold to customers often. Dirty dishes are used to carry and touch food. I don’t recommend anybody eat at this specific location. They do not care about their customers or employees. The General manager of the store is unfit for the position and a closeted Racist! She discriminated against fellow African American coworkers while praising the white ones. If as an employee of color you didn’t do or respond to something as she wanted she would send you home early, cut your hours, or not schedule you at all and tell you it’s because of “labor”. All to say this store is the worst place to EAT AND WORK. I don’t recommend this for anybody and wait for the day it’s closed down

The food was gross, my burger had no flavor, the bun was not soft, the burger patty was cold and was obviously old. The fries were okay. I really do not come here because the breakfast I had was very bad, waited for them to cook a biscuit and when I received it, it was raw inside. I am shocked this location is still open and will not be spending anymore money here!

Me and my dad came in earlier today and ate the restaurant smells as soon as you walk in the door. I ordered our food and waited while we waited I looked up and noticed the mold all around the restaurant and I remember it being like this a couple year’s ago as well. I figured it was fixed by now I guess not. I feel bad for the employees who have been and will be subjected to breathing in the mold. I was not even there an hour and I’ve had a horrible headache since leaving. I can’t believe the inspector would let this pass and I wonder why you still keep this place open knowing this. Once winter gets here and the heat gets turned on it’s going to be much worse. I’m surprised there has not been a class action lawsuit from employees and customers who have went to eat or have worked in this restaurant and the owner’s don’t have the decency to fix it. You have the money fix this problem.

It’s fast food. It is frozen and they heat it up. It needs some cleaning and staff could use some pep. I feel bad because I am sure they are understaffed. It took quite some time to get the food and the lettuce on my burger was quite icky.

I ordered the chicken tenders for the 1st time and I was really shocked how good they were. You could tell they were made to order and the chicken was so juicy. I definitely recommend it.
