Food is always so hefty and filling and good for what the price is, atmosphere is eh but what do you expect from hibachi with a drive through, every time I come here I’m never disappointed workers are very welc

The food was good until I found hair in it. And this was my first time in there. Not a good way to make me return

I ordered the hibachi chicken. They give a decent sized portion but most of my plate was onions. Not a lot of vegetables (broccoli, zucchini, etc.) just a TON of onions. They give you a good portion of meat so that’s a plus. If I go again, I will go inside to specifically request more vegetables.

Too bad I can't give minus star. Food was stale and either bland or overly sauced. Should have been a warning to go in to eat (our first visit) because no one was there. Won't be back!

Great place! The staff was friendly, the food was fantastic, and the menu was reasonably priced. Can’t ask for much more! I’ll definitely be coming back.

I choose Hibachi express over traditional sit down and cook in front of you Hibachi! Their consistency and just overall hospitality is amazing. Not to mention how fast and cheap the prices are. Everyone should invest in them once or twice a week. $35 to feed 3 people is super cheap for quality hibachi.

Local restaurant that delivers the best hibachi.

Have been a customer for a very long time and always recommend them.

Well usually not bad, but decided to be adventurous and got the Terrayaki chicken wings and Rice. Huge Mistake if you like KFC with Brown sugar juice. I could vomit 🤢 afterwards it was disgusting to say the least. Stick to hibachi only ...The Bright Red sign is no longer so maybe the Mandela effect cause the sign is black and crusty.

Both entrees we order through drive thru had long strands of hair mixed in the vegetables that are basically under the meat. That was not the first thing wrong with one of the dishes. The dish was 1/2 chicken, both the chicken and vegetables were beyond ice cold. The other dish a full steak was barely warm. I called to explain about the hair and they said if you come back we will make it over, I’m not sure about anyone else but , I completely loose my appetite after there is a hair in the food. Not to mention I will not eat anything from the place again. Then the person on the phone said well the manager is here and you can talk to them. Not if you come we will refund your money, was you can “talk” that is not the appropriate response when you serve food with hair. Also, there was never an apology, not even any kind of response to make us feel like they were shocked or embarrassed to the incident. For as many Hibachi restaurants in this area, for this to be a drive thru for people who can’t go in and sit, their standards should be higher. I would even prefer to go to a new hibachi restaurant and they were horrible as well. If you choose to continue to eat here check your food to make sure the food does not have hair and that your food is hot. They will not have my business any longer.
Hairy food hater!!!
I decided to take the loss of the 30.00 I spent due to the lack of remorse the restaurant has due to the situation. As I took the way it was handled on the phone as there was not any chance of getting our money back.
Sometimes when things appear HiaHia we really miss out.

My husband and I come here every once in awhile, as a treat. Since his order is more specific, more rice, less veggie and more chicken tossed with Teryiaki, we have problems with them getting it correct. I prefer less rice and more veggies. Because of this, I make it a bit easier and get my chicken tossed in Teryiaki as well since there have been many times they keep doing it to my order and not his, however, this was ridiculous. I know some people enjoy very saucy meals; I do not. My entire plate was soaked with Teryiaki. If you order normally, you'll have no issues of course. The food is not bad, however, with all these mistakes of giving both of us more rice less veg or my chicken being tossed with Teryiaki instead of his, or me getting the extra chicken it's becoming a turn off of eating here anymore. It does cost extra for these, which is also the problem when they get it wrong almost every time. I know my husband will most likely continue to go. After this meal, with all the extra sauce, I don't want to continue eating here. Again, if you order normally no problems, just consider that in case!
