I used to love KFC, but tonight completely changed my opinion. I had a simple order of 2 meals, but I had to repeat myself 6 times to 2 different people. The order was delivered but when I got it home, it was awful. The biscuits fell apart as you tried to pick them up. The chicken strips were over cooked and old. The cole slaw was soured. I had $23 of inedible crap. I'll never eat at this location again.

This is the most ill prepared KFC! They frequently run out of chicken. Horrible customer service. They frequently don’t greet you and will walk away or not answer the drive thru voice. Please, if you think about going here, don’t waist your time or effort. Corporate really should watch this place and possibly replace their management and team. It’s just lower scale.

Update: from bad to worse, ordered online to counter the slow service on site, order should have been ready 10 minutes ago, they have not even started making my order. What's up with them? Drive through takes 30 to 40 minutes!!! For a standard chicken. Bucket , Absurd! At least the chicken is still tasting good, service has just gone down hill.

As almost everywhere in Dallas now I went to get some chicken and the people working. There were rude as hell! There were only four customers, and the lady in front of me had to wait 20 minutes. Then informed her they didn’t have what she wanted. I hope people who run their business like this Goes out of business.

Most people leave reviews when inconvenienced and focus on the negative but Amber here was able to be great help and deserves some positive attention! My order was taken by a doordasher who had someone with a similar name. No fault of the store. Amber was able to apologize and explain the situation perfectly fine. I was able to get fresh hot food.
Yes, I had to wait but late night KFC is really the only thing open and they’re taking orders from DoorDash, uber eats, drive through, lobby, and the KFC website. Amber was apologetic and went above and beyond to help rectify the situation of wrong order + my wait time.
I used to work in fast food/restaurants and Amber is a GREAT employee. I always assumed she was the manager with how much I see her doing whenever I come here. Thank you for being a hard worker and truly caring. KFC make sure to recognize your employees like this!

Worst location ever!! Went through the drive thru and was told to wait in a parking spot for my order. I waited over 30 minutes with 4 other cars for a 2 piece original. That makes no sense. Don’t go to this location if you are hungry!

Literally a disaster. We waited inside for over 35 minutes for food that was not coming. They were cooking the wrong stuff for us charged us in correctly and more importantly were gas lighting us about asking for a refund. This restaurant is very unfriendly and I do not recommend spending your money here.
