I got 3 Krystal’s, chili, and medium coke. $12!!! The Krystal’s were cold and had hard bread. The chili was burnt and tasted terrible. It even had burnt pieces in it. Won’t be back.

Ordered 2 of the 24 pack steamers with no cheeses $60 worth of food. Waited in line 25 minutes before getting to the drive thru window, just to be told by Cazh after taking our money to pull forward and we will bring you your order. it took them another 25 mins to bring us our food, and guess what the food was freaking cold, yes I said cold. This place used to be a great spot to eat at. But now the service is terrible and the food is horrible, Will never return here again. What a shame.

I did a Postmates and Krystal ‘s messed up my order. I ordered two original chicken Krystal chicks and they gave me the wrong sandwiches because I know this particular sandwich does not have cheese. They also gave me the spicy chicken which I cannot have spicy food and my food was tasted stale like it was old. I will not be visiting the store again.

The place is just anti fresh. About once a month, kids ask for Krystal's. Live about 1 miles away.
I can ask for fresh fries in 20 different nice ways and it's always cold. Chicken is always stringy/chewy.
Food is just consistently trash every time.

Absolute worst sack of Krystal burgers ever. They were so dry I almost choked on them. This was the Hiram location. I have called this store ten times to complain about my order and they never answer the phone. So that's around 50 bucks down the drain.

This Krystal's is the best I've found in a long time. Service is very friendly, and burgers aren't greasy, which is an issue at many of the local Krystal's. If you like burgers and have never tried Krystal's, Chevy them or. Their small burgers and dogs are a seriously unique treat .

I know it's a junk fast food place, with even more questionable food, but one of those Foods is chili. I really like the chili. This location no longer serves chili.
That said, I noticed they have redone the building to have two drive-thrus of which one is always closed. The drive-through menu of the one that is open, looks like a taped up cracked piece of junk covered in Scotch tape and franchisee mistakes.
I've been here a couple times before. Never have I been able to actually complete a purchase. Avoid this place at all cost.
