However, they have an 80% failure rate for my visits and I only get the same two items each time. 1 Krystal chickbad cheese & 1 double-cheese off grill add ketchup. Despite it only being these same two items each time, 80+% of the time they mess it up.

Says closing at 11pm. Went to the drive through at 10pm. Employees shutoff all light outside of store while laughing from the inside. Trash employees. Wont stop there again.

3pm. Only 2 staff members on duty. Drive up order took 15min. Burgers were smothered in mayo. (I asked for light mayo). I was ignored while they prepared an APP order. I was there, the APp order had not arrived. No urgency or customer relations.

I got 3 Krystal’s, chili, and medium coke. $12!!! The Krystal’s were cold and had hard bread. The chili was burnt and tasted terrible. It even had burnt pieces in it. Won’t be back.

Ordered 2 of the 24 pack steamers with no cheeses $60 worth of food. Waited in line 25 minutes before getting to the drive thru window, just to be told by Cazh after taking our money to pull forward and we will bring you your order. it took them another 25 mins to bring us our food, and guess what the food was freaking cold, yes I said cold. This place used to be a great spot to eat at. But now the service is terrible and the food is horrible, Will never return here again. What a shame.

I did a Postmates and Krystal ‘s messed up my order. I ordered two original chicken Krystal chicks and they gave me the wrong sandwiches because I know this particular sandwich does not have cheese. They also gave me the spicy chicken which I cannot have spicy food and my food was tasted stale like it was old. I will not be visiting the store again.

I can ask for fresh fries in 20 different nice ways and it's always cold. Chicken is always stringy/chewy.
