Literally waited over 30 minutes when there was no one in line and then told me to pull up while the crew went out back and had a smoke break. As in getting high while their customers waited. Came to the drive-through at 735pm on 1/16. The male taking my order had an attitude and didn't seem to care. I was about to spend over 30 bucks on dinner, but ended up leaving without ordering. The CSR needs to be fired.

Sad cause the managers know me been going here for years tonight bought dinner sackful. Usually so awesome kids tonight was Very rude kept asking me what sackful with cheese. I’m a big guy. So he herd me. Then got the food and it was awful. Want be back they need to fire the staff tonight. I have pics and I’ll be seeing the manager on this. 12/16/2024

Waaaaayyyy overpriced. $3+ for a medium drink, which is small, is a ripoff. Especially when you aren't getting refills.

Love it!!! Last time I went thought I would never go back it tasted awful, and a grew up with Krystals. It has new management I do believe because it has a lot of new things there, and the food tastes like it originally did and that was awesome!!!! Brought back a lot of memories.....

The location that is on veterans memorial hwy i can safely say over the past 5 years there consistency it has plummeted in terms where the percentage of not getting your order right is high and the past 3 times the chili they used to put on my chilli cheese pup was obviously the way it tasted it definitely tasted like it was chili that was a couple days old compared to 5 or years ago the quality was easily 35%better my point is krystals has been dying for a little while now and ths location is for sure going fo be big a cause for bankruptcy

I like Krystal now and then no problems usually but not today, we like the chili pups along with that I ordered the usual fries and two Krystal cheese but also two Krystal chicks, horrible!!! The batter on the chicks was so hard you could not eat them, even the bun was stale. I tried to call to express my feelings because I live to far away to go back. And was hoping they would replace on another visit, I called 5 times with NO answer. So I guess I'm just stuck with giving them a review. Just terrible and at the cost of 3.96 a chick!!! Could not eat them at all. So disappointed, probably my last visit there.
