Great food and great service!

I highly recommend this amazing restaurant. I have been a loyal customer since 2015. I followed his journey all the way from 2015 till now he started off in a small pop-up tent and a gas station out here in Paulding then moved inside the same gas station in 2020 he left the gas station for a little while then in 2021. He opened up his restaurant next to food depot across from McDonald’s the same parking lot as Domino’s Pizza right next-door to Domino’s Pizza in Dallas Villa Ricca Highway check out this amazing Cajun restaurant is the best Cajun restaurant in Paulding County. I've been eating with them for several years. They were setting up under a tent on the weekend's and doing festival's. I was hooked from the first time I stopped the owner's are very friendly and the food is awesome it's just a small place with big flavors serving cajun style food.

I loved everything! Seasoned well! Shrimp po boy, shrimp/crawfish pasta and mild wings fried crispy to perfection. Amazing food. 10/10. Don’t walk run!

10-31-2025 my perch basket/collards/ and potato salad were delectable. Perch (3) were real fillets seasoned and fried perfectly! I had to wait 15,minutes for the freshly cooked order but that was okay with me! Wonderful business, delectable food, wonderful service, clean restaurant, price point fair!!!! The food I ate was FRESH! I could taste it! I’ll ALWAYS support this business!!!! Until I can’t. ❤️

From when we 1st walked in we were greated with hospitality. We ended up ordering 1 shrimp poboy, 1 hot sausage poboy, 1 chicken and shrimp pasta, 1 red beans and rice and gumbo. Ya I know thats alot but we wanted to try it all. Well let me tell you not one thing was disappointing. The food was flavorable and the pasta was on point My mother is from Louisiana and this just made me feel at home. We will definitely be returning.

Best catfish in Dallas! And the Orange Lemon Pepper wings are to die for! The owner is incredibly sweet! I highly recommend trying it!

First time visiting and I will be back!!! My husband had the catfish fillet basket with okra (so yummy) and fries. I had the hamburger (huge) and fries. The lady at the front, Sherry was amazing!!! She overheard me tell my husband that they had collard greens. She brought me a cup of collards to try!!!! The collards were fabulous!
I told my husband, if I had my own business, I would want to be like Sherry!!!
