Little Caesars Pizza

All they do is burn the food. They used to didn't do it. The breadsticks are hard on one side and soft. On the other every time for the last few months, we've tried this and they burn it. The pepperoni on the pizza is hard. If you pull one-off, it crumbles like sand don't go here unless you like ruined burnt bad tasting food

I'm extremely pissed off I ordered a pepperoni with pineapple on everything they messed up my order I call up there and they said they were extremely rude and said for me to bring the pizza back to them which keep in mind my kids are ready started taking pizza out of it they would exchange it out not giving it to us they want us to take it back up there keep in mind they are not close to us. When I asked for the corporate number they said they don't have corporates number and they hung up on me when I asked to talk to the manager

Ordered online this evening and specifically requested my pizzas to be baked well done. I’ve ordered from this location multiple times before with a regular bake, and the pizzas have consistently come out undercooked. Unfortunately, even with the well-done option this time, the pizzas were still undercooked. Very disappointing that this continues to be an issue. Will not order from this location again.

I ordered a cheese pizza and a crazy bread and both were undercooked, very soggy and very light almost as if they only had been in the oven for the shortest amount of time possible and I’m seven months pregnant and I could not even eat it. But this was my first time ordering here and I will not be doing it again.

I ordered a pizza from Little Caesars located at:
457 Nathan Dean Pkwy
Dallas Ga 30157 and all three of my grandchildren and I have been sick!!! Not going to describe!!!
On February 20, 2025 I called Little Caesars and spoke to the manager “Dion”. I asked him if anyone had called advising they were sick after eating pizza. He advised people had been calling for (4) days and he was unsure as to why people are sick. He said he threw out the sauce but people are still getting sick. He also said it is under investigation. I said who is investigating? He said, he is investigating but don’t know what is causing the illness. He should throw everything away and start over!!!! They are still selling pizzas even though people are getting sick!!! I am calling Corporate tomorrow and the health department!!

Hot and Ready is a thing of the past at this location. In a hurry? Don't come here you will wait. Don't like poor service, and atmosphere? Then I would suggest going to another location. Complete failure of an established.

When we got home from picking up our order, the pizza was not cut, which was not a big issue, the biggest issue was my pizza was soggy and the crust was grey, with the cheese coming off the pizza like a blanket. When my wife and child took a bite of the pizza, they both immediately spit it out. And when my wife got her composure she said it tasted like straight chemicals. I called first, 3 times, and no one answered. So I took the pizza back and there was no manager in the store. The front counter person said that if they remade it it’d be the same because this has happened with about 30 people in 2 days. So I demanded a refund
