This store is in desperate need of new management. Drive thru takes 30+ minutes no matter what time of day you go. The staff doesn't care and is always rude and unprofessional. Food is never fresh.
Left after 20min without food! Called the store to receive a refund but of course that never happened!

Absolute garbage! I ordered 2 chicken biscuit meals and a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle. This is what they served me instead. Upon calling the location, I was hung up on by staff. I called back and got a “manager” named Judy who lacked any actual interest in the call nor offered any resolution. This is just the push I needed to leave fast food alone. Great job McDonald’s
