Manager and staff unprofessional , not I use to from the brand. My food was cold,and I waited a long time this location is Stone Mtn Hwy -30087,avoid it. I looked at other reviews after my visit they were bad also.

It's a McDonald's. Staff is barely functional. They forgot about the order and bumped it. The food was hot and fresh, and it should have been after forgetting about the ticket.

In the past I have been disappointed with this location. However, today 3/16/24 @ approximately 5:30 pm. I ordered my usual a Big Mac no cheese, no onion a small fry and a knife. I’m special!!? Food was served fresh and hot. Perfect!! We take things for granted…. Wanted to express my appreciation to the manager and his crew. Thanks guys JOB WELL DONE!!!

The cashier at the drive thru was so nice and polite. I welcomed event when compared to most visits at McDonald's leading to experiences with rude teens. This cashier was beyond polite and actually sounded like she did enjoy her job.

The employee who was taking orders in the drive thru on Saturday, January 27 at 3:28pm was very rude. She literally asked ‘And what else’ after each item I added to my order. I was so disappointed with the poor customer service I received, so I canceled my order. Instead, I ordered from Hiram McDonald’s. I will never order from McDonalds in Dallas again!

If I could give a negative I would. I order a kids happy meal and hamburger for my son they tell me to pull up where I wait at least 5 min. They get the order completely wrong and when I tell them the guy has a complete attitude and then comes back and it's still wrong...
