Seriously guys! You just have to purposely go out of your way to mess up an order because this one was so easy. You check the bag to make sure everything is there and you said it was and there was a manager and maybe a district manager there behind you so we thought it has to be right. It’s only 5 sandwiches and nothing else. Well, we come home and it’s only 4. Didn’t even order ice cream 😆. How hard is it to count 5? 😕
I was traveling with friends and we stopped to have breakfast on Sept 3, 2022. They only had 3 customers inside waiting for their orders. Only a few cars for drive thru. A store employee was in the ladies handicap stall talking on her phone. She came out and pretended to wash her hands. I was standing off to the side behind her. This has to be the worst McDonalds in our area! After 10 years+ of horrible customer service, it just needs to be shut down. It has nothing to do with the pandemic or low staffing. It has been like this for over a decade. I will swear off going for months until someone in my family insists on it, and then we have yet another bad experience. I will just take my business to the next local McDs or another restaurant going forward.
