Don't understand Why in the world McDoNots wants to put another location just 2.2 miles down the road when they have this store that can't ever seem to get an order right and it takes them forever to do it. How about getting this restaurant straightened out before you worry about opening up another place that'll probably be just as bad.
Parking: Between employee parking and the Mexican restaurant overflow we usually always have to go thru the drive thru to avoid having to walk from Kroger.

My husband just sat there for 30 minutes and didn’t get the food. The staff didn’t know where the order went. They didn’t even remake it the way we ordered it. They didn’t even apologize or offer anything. Sorry customer service!

I️ went there last night around 11:20 ish and the cashier took weirdly long with my card to pay for the order . Well now I️ know why I️ve seen three charges off my credit card . Why work to steal people money ????

I ordered my breakfast way before it ended and came up to get my food and the girl at the window said that it isn’t available i asked how I can get my money back and she rudely said “I don’t know “. McDonald’s just hires anyone off the streets these days. Teach better customer service or hire someone who can do their jobs.

Food is ok. Place is nice and clean. The kids section is full of stuff for kids including screens with games. Only con... everything is automated. The only staff available is too busy to assist at the counter. Everything is behind the counter. Straws, soda, etc.

I am writing to express my ongoing dissatisfaction with the service and food quality at your Dallas Ga restaurant. Unfortunately, each visit to this location has been marked by substandard experiences.
The fries are consistently not fresh.
The staff often seem rushed and lack courtesy, which impacts the overall customer service experience.
My most recent order included burgers that were smashed as if mishandled, making the food unappetizing.
I previously reported a similar issue last year, and corporate assured me that a $30 gift card would be sent as compensation, but I never received it.
While I have continued to visit this location due to its proximity, the consistent issues with food quality and service are disappointing and fall short of the standards I expect from McDonald’s.
I hope this matter can be addressed promptly, and I would appreciate a follow-up regarding any steps being taken to improve the customer experience at this location.

The one on mars hill had no staff and food was disgusting
Then the one on 92/cedarcrest had some technical issue and couldn't take orders but told me to use online. The app says store is closed, even though more than an hour was left
I wish it went back to corporate owned
I ordered two medium fries from uber eats on 11/20/24 around 10pm. For some reason I received old fries and a not even a half full container of medium fries in one. Despite the order being place before 11pm the fry in the store had to been broken down because my fries tasted like old grease and had black specks of grease on them. Workers in the store are breaking down way too early and not properly serving their customers. The fries were disgusting and the taste of the fries made me throw up and nauseous. I tried to contact the store but the phone was off the hook. Will be contacting them in the morning in regards to this matter. This is a health risk.
