I would give zero stars if I could. Worst customer service I’ve never experienced at a McDonalds. The young man at the first window who charged our card was VERY nice. After that it just went downhill…after we got waited a few minutes a “man” came to the window shoved our bag in our face and didn’t even acknowledge us. We opened the bag to see the order was wrong so we drove around and went inside where the “man” had an attitude about the whole situation when we asked our food to be corrected. Very unprofessional and will never be visiting this location again!

Stop playing with my kids food , this is the second time IN A ROW . THAT I HAD SOMETHING IM MY FOOD THAT DID NOT BELONG! to be this chaotic would make me assume that it is messy behind the scenes . The first time I came the was blue crap in my milkshake, the second time I had a blob of orange crap in what was supposed to be my chicken nuggets , just careless . Dont play with the food im abiut to give to my kids whats wrong with people ? I would say it was just a mistake but when it happened a few days ago I let it go , then its almost as if I was being mocked , what do u watch people on cam and pick and chose who to pick on ? I've never done anything to anyone in that restaurant. Its scary to think someone would target me and my kids like that .

Female manager with glasses sept 1 1040 pm 2025 . Ask me to pull forward to wait on my order and then gives 3 other cars their food previous to my online order so I had to wait in line twice and deal with her attitude on her own mistake . Petty

One of the best McDonalds I’ve ever visited the food is always hot and fresh the service is fast and outstanding I did order and Carmel iced coffee yesterday morning and it was horrible I even asked for more syrup during my order and it was not a pleasant taste I was In a rush no time to correct the issue but other than that hands down one of the best restaurants GOOD JOB MANAGEMENT AND STAFF
Don't understand Why in the world McDoNots wants to put another location just 2.2 miles down the road when they have this store that can't ever seem to get an order right and it takes them forever to do it. How about getting this restaurant straightened out before you worry about opening up another place that'll probably be just as bad.
Parking: Between employee parking and the Mexican restaurant overflow we usually always have to go thru the drive thru to avoid having to walk from Kroger.

My husband just sat there for 30 minutes and didn’t get the food. The staff didn’t know where the order went. They didn’t even remake it the way we ordered it. They didn’t even apologize or offer anything. Sorry customer service!
