Kudos to the crew working 10:30pm on 4-11-24. Everyone was polite, the food was all correct and super fresh. Sad that it’s a rare occasion this day and age but when it happens, it needs to be appreciated. Take note, Management.

I frequent here several mornings per week, and request 4 strawberry jams with my sandwich. The older lady at the drive through always says they are in the bag and NEVER includes more than 2. After years of patronage I am sick of the attitude that we cannot get what we pay for, I will not come back.poor customer service.

There are TOO MANY teenagers working here that simply do not care about customer service. When you pull up to the drive thru, they ACT as if you're bothering them because their conversation is being interrupted. They're always in huddles, socializing instead of paying attention to fulfilling orders. Drive through takes forever and fries are always cold because they take too long to move the line. So annoying

It is a quiet place, the service is good, it is clean, and something new is that they have computers with games so that you can spend quality time with your children.Kid-friendliness: It has the usual place of games and computers with games.
Large Latte, where is the rest of my coffee?!?!? I. Ould understand if there was foam filling up the rest of the cup, but there wasn't. And the employee that I asked about it only said, "I don't know, I guess we just don't fill them up all the way ."

Almost every time I visit this location my order is wrong or not fully given to me. The fries were cold this last visit and I literally live 5 minutes away. Just not worth anyone's time to visit to have your order wrong, and no one answers the phone here either.
They're made is very salty I always have to order without salt so it's fresh every time sweet tea is pretty

Person taking my order was rather rude in drive through. Finally got my order taken and to the window to pay. Cashier told me the amount. I paid and tried asking for my receipt. They weren't paying attention and just closed the window. Went to the pick up window and got my food and the mcflurry... food was cold, meat was overcooked, fries were stale and they didn't bother mixing the oreo mint into the ice cream. They just put it on top and handed it to me. I highly doubt I'll be heading back to this establishment again.

Multiple times they've messed up food orders and in particular coffee at night. Ordering thru Doordash and the coffee is ice cold. And it's not due to a delayed delivery.

New:This McDonalds in the not too distant past easily rated zero stars. They have come a long way in correcting that.Wife and I went on another OTC Date this afternoon. The Cashier helped me redeem points due to expire soon. Knew how to use the code for a BOGO burger. The entire Crew was busily working. I told the Manager who immediately told her Crew that I said she has a good a Crew. Food may have been a little slow coming out, but it was hot, fresh, and exactly like we ordered. Good job on fixing your past issues!Randy WilliamsPrevious:My wife and I went on what we called “On the Cheap Dates” or OTCD’s. We share a meal. Rule is we cannot spend more than $5. These stopped with Covid. Started them up again.We were served by a very friendly and courteous young woman named Star. She is genuinely, authentically nice. You don’t run into that very often in this day and age.I made a point of telling her manager what a great job she does. I did this in person to ensure credit was given where it is due.I am a very difficult person to impress, and Star very hmuch did. She, in my opinion, is very much manager material.Randy Williams
