Dude behind the counter looked at me like I was dumb even though I haven't been to a Moe's since 2019. Sorry sir just give me some time. Then the card machine asks for a tip????? It's a Moe's I'm not tipping after standing the whole time to order

Worst Mose I’ve ever experienced I would give zero stars if I could. Rice was hard and crunchy meat was flavorless and soggy had the essence of water. It just didn’t taste how it’s supposed to.

Clean restaurant, fresh food, always back to back 💯 inspections. We always try to make every customer happy!

We frequent this location often but noticed that the Quesadilla’s are now smaller but for the same price as before

Apparently they don’t accept coupons. I was given a coupon on the app for a free taco. They were extremely rude and told me i was banned from there when all i did was go in and pick up my order. The manager makes the environment here so overwhelming all he does is sit in the dining area eating and watching everything you do. He accusing me of “scamming” and “stealing” a taco. I don’t recommend going here especially if you’re of color. If you want Moe’s go to Acworth or Hiram location they are extremely welcoming.

Decided that i was going to order moes one night and i ordered through the app. They sent out a delivery guy that decided to eat my food. When i brought it up to the service crew, they were laughing as they told me i can’t get a refund. Terrible service. Don’t waste your money on this place. Go to chipotle instead.
