This is my second time at this Moe’s. If this is the location in Dallas, GA next to Pet Supermarket and AutoZone on HWY 92, I do not recommend this place at all. The first time I was served by a Hispanic lady who slopped my food in the bowl like she was preparing a meal for a pig. I was so upset! I didn't complain but chalked it up to her having a bad day. I returned today and this time the gentleman who prepared my meal did it with care. Upon checking out, the cashier wasn't personable. No customer engagement. I won't be back. Good luck!

The food is FABULOUS, but I've ordered a stack 2x's and they ended up making me a stuffed? burrito both times. I've had to go inside and order from this location to make sure that my order is what I want. Other than that, I'm completely satisfied with the food choices and the quality of it.And Best of All, they have a Coke 'FreeStyle' machine that carries my absolute FAVORITE drink that is carried NOWHERE ELSE-?'Strawberry Orange Mello Yello' Whoo Hoo!!?

Ordered pickup and the burritos with chicken other family members ordered weres great. BUT my Moe Meat Moe Cheese Burrito was disappointing. Most bites had meat with tough gristle. For $19.99 it was not worth it. Cheese inside had runny consistency. Time to try another restaurant.
This has to be the least friendly Moe's I've ever been to. The female staff specifically is always mute or plain rude.The steak was cold.Poor

I just left there and noticed that everyone in our party had residue at the bottom of their cups. When I asked the manager he was more interested in convincing me that it was not mold that he did nothing about the fact that there was still residue at the bottom of my cup. He said it was possibly ink from the cup. So when I tell the manager of this place that I have mold and he tells me not to worry because it's probably ink, and does absolutely nothing about it, exactly what should I think it's in the food I just ate? Manager if you are reading this do your job and learn some customer service skills.
Came in with my pregnant wife because we've had good Moes experiences in the past - but this was just.... Wow.. The store was nearly empty when we arrived and I ordered "the stack" and my wife got a "home wrecker bowl". A handful of other customers came in behind us and they served everyone while leaving my order on the grill before telling us that they put my order on the cold side of the grill and that's why it wasn't finished... We said no worries, and after 15 minutes of watching everyone else be served and leave, they give us our food and we walk out. This is what they gave me after waiting patiently and telling them it's alright that it's taking a minute.. At some point, it turns into blatant disrespect when they make you wait and still give you a burnt-to-a-crisp/falling apart order. I was absolutely blown away that they even thought it was acceptable after practically ignoring us when we were the first ones inside. Not to put lemon juice on the cut, but the chips were also extremely stale.Unfortunately, we won't be returning to this location due to this type of quality and treatment.

I’ve gotten food poison TWICE from this place, from their salsa. It looks like they don’t clean the salsa area and just keep dumping salsa on top of expired salsa.

I placed an online order around 8:05, and got to the store a few minutes before my ~8:20 pickup time. The store was busy so I waited until got someone’s attention and was told where to go.I had to wait while the staff made food for 4-5 walk in orders, who all came in and placed orders after I arrived. I had to wait until 8:45 to get my food, which was only warm because they started making it after everyone else’s.I am extremely upset with the service here. I would give less than one star if possible. Do not go to this location if you want good or fast service.
