Lady was very very rude to me for not being able to complete a dash because it sent me to the wrong address and would cost me way more money than what I was given. And then proceeded yelled at me and a bunch more. Do not recommend this place.

This has always been our go-to for pizza in the area, but recently the experience when picking up our food has been poor - as has the food quality. Tonight, my mother-in-law witnessed employees come in from smoking that did not wash their hands before handling crust and vegetables. That helped make our mind up that we won't be ordering from here anymore. I can put up with bad attitudes all day but the lack of hygiene and cleanliness is a hard pass.

This specific location is so trash. Even when you go up there the place is dingy and they don’t cook the food all the way through. Sometimes the sauce and everything would slide right off once you pick up the pizza. I’m SDA and one time they put pork on my pizza and instead of making a new on, I saw them try to pick it off as if it wasn’t cooked with the pizza. Terrible customer service.

I recently visited the Carrollton Ga restaurant for a receipt review of past orders for my expense account at work. The manager Glacia and store associate Victoria went above and beyond to review the dates and print the receipts for me. The best customer service I have ever experienced.

Employees exhibits no customer etiquette, you can come in and stand right beside them for almost two minutes without acknowledgment that you’re there. When they speak it’s in a rude and unbothered manner. Not a good location to visit at all.

This place is my go to for pizza on a busy night. My kids love it and it’s super affordable. most of the time I’ve got “papa dough” so it’ll take off 5$ or 10$ of the top.. the service isn’t always on point but for the most part I know it’s bc they’re understaffed and over worked. I order my pizza the same way for years! Well done!! If I order it well done, please listen to the customer and give them what they paid for. Why have the option on the website if you going to tell me it's going to be burnt smh. I asked could you put it back inside the oven just a tab bit more and you tell me it's going to get burnt smh, it was no where near well done, it was still light and too soft, it's a reason I get it well done when I get extra soft so the bread wouldn't be soggy. Can't find good customer service no whereUpdate I got home and pizza was not cut.
I see a lot of hate for this specific restaurant, but I would like to tell a different story.This one has a multitude of drivers that all always show up with a smile and never fair to not miss my house. (Doordash is hit or miss)The food is typically great, considering it's a fast food pizza chain. You know what you are ordering, if you want a fancy restaurant pizza, go into ATL, and pay the fortune for one.The one issue I ever have is the website/app being overloaded and not tracking correctly. Which is not this stores fault.All in all, this store is great. Please keep up the good work.
