The staff are welcoming and attentive. They're more than eager to rectify any issues even if it was my miscommunication. The food is prompt and consistently hot & delicious. This is our family's go to for easy meals.

Placed a mobile order and it took over 30 minutes longer than the regular 20 minutes stated in the app. I placed the order at 6:47 and the order should’ve been ready at 7:08 per the carry out order TV in the lobby area. Here I am at 7:31 and I was finally greeted by someone asking who I was picking up for and was then let known that it’s going to be an additional 15 minutes since they just put it in the oven….

This was the worst pizza experience of my life. We called in two pizzas and when we got there we waited for 45 minutes and they had not started the pizza. There were about 12 people waiting in the lobby and no one was getting their pizzas. The four people working did not know what they were doing. I asked for a refund and the manager did not know how to give me my money back and informed me we had to come back the following day. Why and how can someone be promoted to manager without knowing how to run the register? I then drove to the powder springs store and they had my pizza ready in 15 minutes. This store is a disgrace and the franchisee needs to be held accountable for hiring incompetent people. The store is also dirty. This place is a disgrace to all Pizza Huts. Wow, how far they have fallen. They gave me a store credit but I will not believe it until I actually get it. I also went online to the customer service chat. They said that someone would get back with me and email me but they have not. Nothing has been done and it is now three weeks later. This is a classic example of people from other countries buying a franchise and NOT keeping our standards that for that franchise and they run it into the ground. It is a shameful disgrace! Why does Pizza Hut Corporation let this happen? This is why Pappa Johns and Johnnys pizza are beating them. The board of directors at Pizza Hut has obviously been compromised because they clearly no longer have high standards for Franchisees or staff and clearly do not care of Pizza Hut goes out of business. Do not go here and do not go to Pizza Hut. Another great American franchise gone. This has happened to me multiple times now and it is the same Franchisee's .

Otherwise, I stopped ordering from them (Marietta Hwy, Dallas GA) for over a year because of constant wrong items delivered or not receiving all of my order, then trying to reach the store to get it rectified always took 5 or more phone calls to reach someone, then only getting a store credit that must be used in 30 days then the same issue of redeeming that store credit….ugh! But my experience this time was even worse with the food delivered! Told they ran out of sauce for wings but they sent them anyway with maybe 1/4 of wings having any sauce at all, completely different pizza from the one I ordered & 1/4th of cost of the pizza I ordered! When I finally got someone on the phone, because the automated answer system hung up 4 times, he identified himself as the manager, he was not, was very rude & I said if this is not resolved I’m calling corporate & he said go ahead & hung up on me!! This was after he had hung up on me 2 times already randomly just with me explaining what was wrong with the order. I called back, Angie answered & refunded my order😍❤️ She also handled the employee I had spoken to before her, continued to follow up with me to insure I was refunded! Awesome, BEST manager this location has EVER had!! I really hope she stays🙏🏻🙏🏻 I am reluctant to try again but with all she did, & we love Pizza Hut food, I will! Hopefully she stays & continues to strive to make this location finally reliable!! TYSM ANGIE!!!!💕💕💕💕💕💕

Beware of the system...my order wasn't all delivered and pizza hut uses a call center who can't help you and the store can't get the rest of your order to you for an hour because they use door dash for deliveries and they also can't give you a refund only store credit. Horrible runaround and no solution.
