This was the worst pizza experience of my life. We called in two pizzas and when we got there we waited for 45 minutes and they had not started the pizza. There were about 12 people waiting in the lobby and no one was getting their pizzas. The four people working did not know what they were doing. I asked for a refund and the manager did not know how to give me my money back and informed me we had to come back the following day. Why and how can someone be promoted to manager without knowing how to run the register? I then drove to the powder springs store and they had my pizza ready in 15 minutes. This store is a disgrace and the franchisee needs to be held accountable for hiring incompetent people. The store is also dirty. This place is a disgrace to all Pizza Huts. Wow, how far they have fallen. They gave me a store credit but I will not believe it until I actually get it. I also went online to the customer service chat. They said that someone would get back with me and email me but they have not. Nothing has been done and it is now three weeks later. This is a classic example of people from other countries buying a franchise and NOT keeping our standards that for that franchise and they run it into the ground. It is a shameful disgrace! Why does Pizza Hut Corporation let this happen? This is why Pappa Johns and Johnnys pizza are beating them. The board of directors at Pizza Hut has obviously been compromised because they clearly no longer have high standards for Franchisees or staff and clearly do not care of Pizza Hut goes out of business. Do not go here and do not go to Pizza Hut. Another great American franchise gone. This has happened to me multiple times now and it is the same Franchisee's .

Otherwise, I stopped ordering from them (Marietta Hwy, Dallas GA) for over a year because of constant wrong items delivered or not receiving all of my order, then trying to reach the store to get it rectified always took 5 or more phone calls to reach someone, then only getting a store credit that must be used in 30 days then the same issue of redeeming that store credit….ugh! But my experience this time was even worse with the food delivered! Told they ran out of sauce for wings but they sent them anyway with maybe 1/4 of wings having any sauce at all, completely different pizza from the one I ordered & 1/4th of cost of the pizza I ordered! When I finally got someone on the phone, because the automated answer system hung up 4 times, he identified himself as the manager, he was not, was very rude & I said if this is not resolved I’m calling corporate & he said go ahead & hung up on me!! This was after he had hung up on me 2 times already randomly just with me explaining what was wrong with the order. I called back, Angie answered & refunded my order😍❤️ She also handled the employee I had spoken to before her, continued to follow up with me to insure I was refunded! Awesome, BEST manager this location has EVER had!! I really hope she stays🙏🏻🙏🏻 I am reluctant to try again but with all she did, & we love Pizza Hut food, I will! Hopefully she stays & continues to strive to make this location finally reliable!! TYSM ANGIE!!!!💕💕💕💕💕💕

Beware of the system...my order wasn't all delivered and pizza hut uses a call center who can't help you and the store can't get the rest of your order to you for an hour because they use door dash for deliveries and they also can't give you a refund only store credit. Horrible runaround and no solution.

Do not eat here!!! I placed an order at 8:04pm and it said it would be ready at 8:24pm. Got there around 8:40pm expecting to get my order. WRONG! I waited at the counter for a few minutes as a lady was out front scrubbing the front and talking to a couple sitting on the curb. Finally a younger man came and asked me what my name was. I told him and he went and grabbed my order. I ordered the box meal that comes with a deep dish pizza, bread sticks and cinna sticks. I also ordered fries and cinnaminis. Well there isn’t a deep dish pizza, apparently they don’t have them anymore but they are still on the menu, and it’s corporate fault according to Angie, after I had to call her inside!! Why wouldn’t someone call and tell me. So now I have a regular pizza which I don’t want and the kid informs me that he didn’t see the cinnaminis and I have to wait 10 more minutes for them! It’s already 40 minutes after I placed my ordered!!! I was so upset. I let Angie know, now my other food has to get cold waiting for them. I asked for them remake it all so it would be hot together but then changed my mind and just got a refund!! I haven’t eaten Pizza Hit in so long and this is exactly why! I’ll stick to Papa John’s who I order from faithfully 2-3 a month. I wanted the deep dish but it didn’t want me!! Avoid this location!! So slow and inaccurate orders!!

I ordered food for delivery on Saturday, the food was 45 minutes late and the lady gave us a credit. I tried to use the credit on Tuesday and the staff refused to answer the phone. The manager Angela had the worst attitude of all. And she constantly argued with us after she was the one that offered the credit.

Slow. Not accurate order. Have ordered pan pizza but always get hand tossed. They are always behind. Never order ahead on app. Time isn’t accurate for pickup. My pizza was “in the oven” for 28 mins. Front desk lady was rude when asked. Then half my order was ready and they realized they still didn’t make a cheese pizza. She went to the back and started complaining to the pizza artist about the multiple complaints at the front counter. It isn’t the customers fault that they are not staffing appropriately for a day that has specials and will be busy. Order was supposed to be ready 30 mins ago. Still waiting…

I haven’t eaten at Pizza Hut in about 4 years, but after recently moving to the Dallas area, I noticed there was one close to our new home and decided to give it a try. I placed a simple order online with one special request—adding the breadstick seasoning to the pizza (easily my favorite part).

They did not disappoint! The pizza was cooked to perfection with just the right amount of that delicious seasoning, and the breadsticks? Chef’s kiss—loaded with all the flavor my heart could want.

Thank you for making our return after a 4-year hiatus such a great experience! We’ll definitely be back.

Everything 1 star. This location is just so terrible now. For one, some of the crew workers are nasty. On my second most recent visit, I noticed a lady was eating pizza, talking, and handling the customers food. Gross but okay. I understand you’re hungry but please dont eat over someone else’s food and talking at that. My most recent visit had me disgusted like HELL! First off, only two folks working in the entire building. One preparing pizzas and the other one is putting them in boxes. The one preparing was a skinny white boy, highschool boy wearing an EP raider jacket, he washed his hand once but there was no point. The boy is playing with his hair and playing with his nose constantly! So wash your hands for what all while making folks order and had the audacity to touch on someone’s food without washing his hands after the fact! I wanted to ask for a refund and I kid you not, Im no karen! But that is truly disgusting! The other person had no sense of urgency whatsoever, neither did tbh. I waited over 20 minutes for something that was already “ready” and then my order was wrong. Had to wait another 10 minutes just for 8 boneless wings. I go to read the reviews and im nowhere near disappointed. Disappointed in the fact that I didn’t read them first unfortunately to save my time and just order from better such as papa johns.

The service is pretty chill , although I ordered a couple times from here and most times I’ve seen and noticed unsanitary doings back in the kitchen , from what I’ve seen they don’t wear gloves back there when making wings and placing topping on pizza. My significant other is a food critic and says this is the most disliked pizza he has had

REPLY TO OWNERS RESPONSE: I sent an email to the feedback email 4 days ago when I posted this review with no response. I don’t imagine I will ever hear back from the actual store manager. I am honestly more upset with the corporate number that I called and the escalation manager that DID NOT de-escalate my situation.

We ordered delivery tonight, wanted to have a calm night in after working a 12 hour shift as a nurse. Our doorbell rang and by the time we got down to the door(1 minute tops) the delivery driver was already backing out of our driveway. We were missing our 2 liter drink and breadsticks, one of our pizzas was wrong and they also sent wings with barely any sauce on them at all.
We called the delivery driver and he told us to contact the store. We tried to call the number online and it takes you to a call center. Once in the call center they transferred us to the store which after ringing for about 5 minutes it eventually hangs up on you. We went through this process about 10 times. We finally got transferred to the escalations team and they were no help either. We just told them we wanted our money back for the missing and incorrect items. She told us that the district manager would have to do that. She said she would send an email and call us back within 24-48 hours. We are not holding our breath on that one. About 45 minutes of dealing with this our doorbell rings again. We go down to open the door and our drink was sitting on the porch and the driver again was already down the road. I will NEVER order from here again which I know means nothing to them but hoping someone sees this and heeds my warning. I really wish I could give zero stars for this review.

On March 1, 2025, at 10:12 PM, my wife and I accidentally placed an order at this restaurant due to a mix-up. While waiting for our food at the wrong location, we observed a concerning food handling practice. The host which was an older white gentle, after handling money from a previous customer, proceeded to prepare someone else's order with his bare hands, without washing them or wearing gloves.

When my wife inquired whether this was standard practice, the host responded that he washes his hands "59 times a day." However, we were standing there the entire time and did not see him wash his hands before handling the food. Regardless of how often he claims to wash his hands, it is unacceptable for anyone handling food to do so without proper sanitation measures, such as wearing gloves.

He mentioned that the order was for delivery, which is even more concerning for the customer receiving that meal. Proper food safety protocols should always be followed to ensure hygiene and customer safety. I sincerely hope management addresses this issue to uphold proper health and safety standards.

I ordered a pizza half cheese and half meat and vegetables. They only gave me 3 slices with meat and vegetables on a large pizza. The crust was super hard. I paid for garlic sauce that they didn’t bring. I called and of course no answer
