I have been ordering thin crust supreme pizzas from Pizza Hut for 30 years and this may be the best one ever!! Pizza done right! Nobody out pizzas the Hut!

I ordered online at this location because it was on my way home. They started making my order after I arrived at my pickup time which was after they realized no one made my order. When I finally received my order, the pizza was made incorrectly. I rated the service low because they just let me wait saying my pizza was coming out of the oven when it hadn’t been placed in the oven. As for the location, there was debris all over the floor in the front and back.

I put in an order for pickup an hour in advance and my food did not come out until over 30 minutes past the time that the pickup time was scheduled for. When I got it they realized they had given my food to the wrong person The gentleman brought the pizza back and I watched them take the pizza out of one box and stick it into another and give me the cold old pizza that the man had just brought back into the store! I will never be going back to this location, worst Pizza Hut experience I've ever had. The manager was fully aware of what was happening as he was the one holding the pizza box open as the associate was placing the old cold pizza into the new box and he is the one that handed it to me and apologized for the wait time. Absolutely unacceptable!!!

I called my order at a little after five so that I can pick it up. On my way home from work. They told me my order would be ready in 20 minutes. When I arrive, they did not have the second part of my order I waited for almost 40 minutes for them to just make some chicken wings and give me my order. I get home and my pizza is ice cold. Do not go to this location. They are slow.

I ordered a Supreme pizza a few days ago. There was nothing supreme about it. May 8 peppers on the whole pizza. The olives were scarce. The toppings were minimal. Ridiculous. This is the second and last time I wll go to this trash location. I don't know what the hell they are doing in that kitchen. I tastes like high school pizza. No flavor, no seasoning nothing! Next time I'll go to Dallas-Acworth hwy where the better pizza is made.Parking: More than enough space to park but don't go to this sorry pizza hut.

I’d give zero if possible, order food at 6:42 called the number the representative says we received our order, wrong. It was never received money was taken out of bank acct with no food being received then after being transfers to different number and even the actual store to which no one answer. I finally get someone from the national location where they handle calls and come find out this stores system went down just now and the closed the store… so instead of canceling the order and calling me and saying we had computer issues they decided to shut the store down. No call was received no information about anything just your order is in the oven. So unprofessional, I won’t be supporting anymore!

So I ordered and paid for pizza on my debit card the driver shows up trying to charge me $36 more dollars which was not even price for my pizza. Gave pizza back and called my bank order had gone thru called and talked to manager who told me they would remake pizza but I the customer who the driver messed up on if the pizza was paid for have to wait 11/2 hours for new pizza or they could send pizza back which at that time would of been over 30 minutes old. So I called back and asked if they could refund money to my card which she said she could only give me a credit. I do not want credit to a pizza place where a driver is trying charge me 36 more dollars a he mentioned it was second order this had happened how many other people are they trying cheat out of money on this day. Their excuse driver was new but manager said the order clearly said paid for so figure that one out.

On Jan 4th, I received a late and incorrect order. Waited 45 minutes after estimated ready time for wings and then was given two pizzas that the manager said, "Oh, I'm sorry they made the pizzas with thin crust not hand tossed but we can remake them again if you want." After prepaying with cash, I requested a refund and after waiting 15 more minutes, was told they could not give me a cash refund until management approved it which could take up to 24 hours. Absolutely ridiculous! The manager in the store had no clue how to process a cash refund and was very rude. She called her upper manager on the phone several times before they finally returned her call to tell her this ridiculous policy. Also stated that if it had been paid by debit card, it could be processed right away but since it was cash it needed approval. That makes no sense at all! They offered to give a store credit in lieu of my cash, which I didnt accept because I will not ever be back. Even another employee stated the operations are a sh*tshow lately and he is ready to quit because no one knows what they are doing. I am NEVER, I repeat NEVER, ordering from this location and possibly any Pizza Hut location again. Unacceptable policies, rude staff, and a complete lack of training. I do not recommend the Pizza Hut located at 4075 Marietta Highway in Dallas, GA. Don't say I didn't warn you all.

So disappointed! Our pizza was delivered nearly an hour after the time it said out for delivery. The driver told us that our pizza had been sitting for 30 minutes before he even got back to pick it up. I paid for extra cheese and there was hardly any cheese on our pizza and when I called the store multiple times I never got anyone on the phone. Will not order from here again!

The service is a one star, made the order over the phone and asked for 2 pan pizza large, and the person who was placing my order put in personal pan pizza.In my order I had one personal size pizza for the smallest kiddo.Had grandma go pick it up and the store did nothing to attempt to fix it or even remake it to the correct size.Never had an issue in the past but this was a buzz kill for me when you outsource the order taker.The price of the 3 personal pizza and a medium Hawaiian pizza and cheese bread for over $50 is also ridiculous.Will chalk up this up as a L and will try again in the future and see if any better!

I was told they were aware if pizza falling apart. When I asked would you still serve me this thought if you seen it was falling apart. The response was because it’s company policy and didn’t realize it was that bad. Issued credit but I have to use it at this store I don’t even live next to. Also after that, I would another pizza made else were. This pizza fought was clearly expired or some. You couldn’t even fold it in have without it falling apart. Pizza bites anyone ?

We always receive excellent service and the pizza is tasty..yum.. friendly people too..we tip, that probably helps !!
