Cannot get ahold of anyone to get our refund for our order that was never delivered (which we checked on our ring camera). Phone just rings and rings or sends you back to the call center. Will not order from Pizza Hut again. Terrible service.

I can’t seem to select below 1 star but this has to be the worst experience of my life! I had placed an order and during pick up I was told there is no food left and so my order won’t be ready. I didn’t receive a notification (it was already an hour after my order was placed). The store manager or the employee was so rude and condescending. She was neither apologetic about the mistake and further offered no support with information about cancellation or refund.

When I called Pizza Hut to report this and get my refund, they said I have to speak with the same manager to receive my refund. After repeatedly calling them I receive no response.

So I didn’t get my food or money tonight. Will never visit a Pizza Hut ever again. Good luck if you’re visiting this location.

This location appears to struggle with being the only store for miles, and thus super busy, and being frequently understaffed. The food is good (standard Pizza Hut faire), but the wait time for carryout is very long.

food took over an hour past expected “ready” time. the employees were very rude wouldn’t answer anyone trying to get in contact with them. there was 15+ people in the tiny waiting room all with the same problem and the employees wouldn’t even answer the phone that kept ringing. very poor experience and will never be coming back here.

We were extremely dissatisfied with the pizza. It was overcooked and hard. I requested for the pizza to NOT be square cut and it was square cut anyway. It was not double pepperoni as I ordered and paid for, it looked more like regular pepperoni instead of double. The crust was hard and crumbling like crackers and the cheese and pepperoni was overcooked. I tried calling the restaurant but I couldn't reach the local store the call kept routing to the customer service order taking line. I'm very disappointed. It ruined dinner. Will not order from them again

Guess they were having system issues when I went to get my pizza. Had to wait even though the app said my food was ready for pick up. Even then, there was more confusion on one of the items I ordered being ready. I would recommend another location until they have their process together.

Absolutely terrible. Waited over 40 minutes after the website told me my order was ready. Took over an hour after I placed a pick up order for it to be given to me and it had just been sitting in the warmer while I stood there for over 40 minutes. Called customer service and they just wanted to debate with me about my pick up time telling me the website is not fully correct and it should take between 25-30 minutes for it to be ready. Yet it took OVER an hour. She then proceeded to tell me to take it back and have them remake it because it’s cold. So, she basically told me to just go wait another 30 plus minutes for my order. It also was not a large order, it included one pizza, two things of breadsticks, and bottle drinks. Paid 40 plus dollars for cold food that I also had to wait over an hour for. Absolutely ridiculous!! Go anywhere else but here!!!

It took over 2 hours for our order to arrive. No one was available to answer the phone when we were trying to check on our order. Had to call over 10 times in a row before someone answered. We were promised on the first call (an hour after ordering) that our order was already out for delivery and should be there shortly. Then 45 minutes later and 10 calls to get an answer, we were told that they spoke to the driver and he was 2 minutes away. It still took another 15 minutes until it finally arrived. Then our order wasn’t even right. Our double
Order of breadsticks was made with hand tossed crust instead of the traditional pan crust. It was over baked, dry, and flavorless. The pizza was barely warm. I looked at the App after we got our pizza and saw that breadsticks were now showing as “out of stock”. We never even got a courtesy call to tell us they were out and if we wanted it made with hand tossed crust.

Our school is down the road from the Crossroads location so when we have a school event Pizza Hut has always came through!! Mrs. Tina has always been so wonderful to assist with our needs and has given us a better deal then just a regular coupon for all the pizzas we have ordered. This is the second time we’ve had a rather large order and Mrs. Tina has always made it a point to text and confirm order, prep and then when pizza was on the way. There is no doubt that their store wants their customers to leave extremely satisfied with their order or their delivery. They even let us borrow the warming bags to ensure our pizza stayed warm during our event!!! Thank yall and you know we will be calling again for our next event!

This place absolutely sucks.The manager hung up in my face after I called and told him he made a mistake on my order, he told me HE doesn’t make mistakes and hung up on me.Called cooperate office they said they would call me back that was months ago still haven’t heard back. Go at your own risk they just want your money

I ordered pizza from this location on September 15. My order was never delivered. I called and was promised it would be made fresh as it had been “forgotten” by the driver. I said I would just have my husband come pick it up instead. They assured us it had just been remade and that we would be refunded the delivery and tip charge.
The pizza wasn’t remade. It was cold and old and unfortunately we had to toss it. My little kids wouldn’t even eat it which tells you something. I was never refunded ANY amount of my money- not even the tip or delivery fee like promised. I called the store several times, five to be exact, only to be put on hold and my call never returned. I actually emailed corporate TWICE and both times I was assured I would receive a call back within 3 days. It’s been a month and zero resolve. I understand things happen and restaurants are short staffed. However, I don’t understand being lied to multiple times, essentially stolen from, empty promises and absolutely zero customer service or concern. I will never eat Pizza Hut again.

Gave this location another try..... horrible idea. Both pizzas were burnt. Definitely will not be ordering here again.
