Got the ultimat Pizza bundle the pizza was just barly warm, taste like it was microwaved, cheese wasnt string, the chicken wings were dry and cold and the wrong flavor, the cheese sticks were cold, Was wanting good hot food on a cold day was very disappointed, got better food from walmart, I DO NOT RECOMEND EATING HERE,

Order pizza at 5.30 was delivered by door dash at 7.00. They want answer the phone. So went to store, the manager got in a fight with an employee and fired him on the spot. Still waiting on them for my pizza

Doordash took nearly 2 hours to deliver the pizza. After around an hour of waiting I called this location 3 times and was hung up on EVERY TIME. I went to the store and while sitting there waiting for the pizza to be remade one of the employees got into a fight with the manager and stormed out.

The pizza ordered is not the pizza delivered. Wrong one, and it took over an hour to receive. I had to ask for a replacement and waited another hour plus for delivery. Would not recommend. Used to be good. No longer. Much better options available in the area now.

Go ahead and save yourself the time and do NOT order delivery from this location, they do not have enough workers and use doordash for delivery, I have had 2 issues with delivery and both times the store would not pick up the phone.

The pizza was not that great- it was ok but the customer service was stellar! I took the time to leave this review because the 2 male employees that completed my order were memorable, professional and left a great impression! Especially the older male employee! I appreciate professionalism and excellent service! People work hard and excellent work needs to be praised! Thank you!

Below is a copy of the email I sent to the email address given on other reviews. I placed my order at 6:31 PM June 1, 2025.
It is 8:55 PM, and my order has not been delivered. Doordash was supposed to deliver the order. At 7:32, they noted my order was cancelled. I called the store, and it took 2 calls before someone answered. The person who answered my call was unable to assist me. They then transferred me to another person in a call center. The person at the call center put me on hold and called the store; the store did not answer her call. While on hold, the website said my order was delivered at 8:02. She told me the order must be on the way, and she would credit me $10 on my next purchase. A credit of $10 means nothing when you have charged me $31.16 for an order that never arrived.
I have received no response from the owner.

Price online and in the store was $8.00 cheaper that what I was charged. Bait and switch. When confronted, they told me to contact Pizza Hut. I did, and have not been contacted back. IF you decide to order from this PH, check your receipt before you pay. UPDATE: Pizza Hut sent me a nice concerned reply that a member of the management team will get back to me in 3 day. Nothing yet after 2 weeks. But there reply makes it looks good on the review.
