Poor customer service. The guy did not greet me when entering the store. He also had a FLOSSPIK in his mouth that he was using his hand with. And then he proceeded to touch my box and hand it to me. This is a food hygiene problem. Absolutely disgusting.

If i could give no stars I would. The whole staff from manager to insiders very very rude . Very un professional. Dont care if they get order, the time , or just the whole order wrong. They will fuss , agree, disagree , everything else , other then oh im sorry there was a issue how may I help with it or correct it and get it out to u .or oh you would like to cancel your well let's us just charge u anyway.. they hang up on you.. there is no fixing or even offering to fix or make right.. there doordash drivers will summit a order complete when I was not . Tell u no they will not return the wrong or canceled order back to store. Claim that delivered it when they didn't and keep the food.. they need new Management in that store and refresh on customer service and how you talk and treat people. They is no way the owners and the company its self wants there business run or the people who do business with done... dont bite the hand for which the money comes from that pays you.. I will no longer do business with this store or pizza hut in a whole if that is how you act or allow your employees to act . Loyal customer of 35 years lost for now own .... same on you. Same on the gm and district manager for allowing it as .

Can't give NEGATIVE STARS but DEFINITELY DO NOT DESERVE EVEN A ONE STAR. I waited 2 1/2 HOURS for a delivery of a large pizza, extra sauce, light cheese, do NOT knock on the door and leave delivery in blue chair BLOCKING ACCESS to the porch. 2 1/2 HOURS AFTER 2 calls to businesses I was told door dash driver canceled my order unbeknownst to everyone, new order will be made and arrive within 30 minutes, which is when I made my 2nd HOUR call since still NO PIZZA 2 HOURS LATER. Once delivered 2 1/2 HOURS AFTER PLACING ORDER, it was dry, NO EXTRA SAUCE, Luke warm with too much cheese and driver MOVED THE CHAIR HE WAS SUPPOSED TO LEAVE THE ORDER IN, BLOCKING ACCESS TO THE PORCH AND THEN PROCEEDED TO KNOCK ON THE DOOR, WAKING UP THE ENTIRE HOUSEHOLD. This crap can't even be made up if I wanted to - NEVER WILL I EVER USE PUZZA HUT AGAIN. I actually live right behind a dominos pizza but was encouraged to give this place a try - DOMINOS HERE I COME !!!

Pizza Hut advertises $5 flat bread on the window- we went in side to order one. The lady behind the counter said she would have more in an hour. After 5 pm the flat bread is of course more expensive. Why would we want to wait an hour?
