So after having a Long and Stressful Day. I was driving through the Area of Dallas & Acworth Hwy.
Under my Better Judgment I saw this Popeye's and Decided to stop and grab some chicken. I should've went with my gut instinct and got a Chicken Sandwich that I'm quite v Sure would've had more Chicken on it. So I proceeded to Eat While I was Driving. I got a 5 Piece of for $9 and some change they only had 2 Wings, 2 Thighs and 1 Breast tge young man who took my Order said. So I ate a Wing that was Advantage Size. Then the 1st Thigh that wasn't. So I got to work and was able to see the Garbage that was Disrespectfully sold to Me. Not to even Mention Flavorless. Once you See the Pics It'll Explain why you should avoid this location at All Cost and make your own Chicken at Home 👀🤦🏿😬😡

This was the first time in awhile since I had been to a Popeyes and I hadn't missed anything. The cashier was not friendly, no customer service, she did not greet us when we came in nor did she say thank you for coming or anything. Just asked what I wanted to order. Told her I was picking up my online orders. Placed three orders for the 3 piece tenders and one of the batches of tenders weren't cooked fully. I couldn't eat them. Wasn't a fan of Popeyes at all.

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed my order at least one hour before closing and they never fulfilled it. When I called to check the employee said it must be a different location but that they were closed. Mind you they still had 15 min before closing. I checked and saw it was indeed this store and they refused to answer the phone. Horrible customer service.

Best popeyes in the area!!! I literally got out of my way to go to this location the customer service is top teir and the food is always fresh... Would definitely recommend

I have never received good service at Popeyes ! I stopped going because I refuse to be treated bad when I am paying for food . My husband wanted Popeyes today so I stopped at this location and I was treated so good ! I was immediately greeted at the door , and the young man (Shaun) let me know that he would be with me soon . I loved that he let me know , it was great customer service skills. Then Colby(or Kobe) I believe came and took my order . The two were very nice and fast getting me my food . They made sure I had everything I needed without even asking . I will be returning to this location from now on. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

On Sunday Aug 10, 2025 I placed an order for pickup. I ordered (2) 3 piece strips (2) mashed potatoes and gravy (1) cup cajun gravy and since menu did not indicate that 3 piece strips came with a biscuit I ordered 2 biscuits. I prepaid with a credit card and sent my grandson to pick up the order since I'm in a wheelchair. When he got there they told him they had no mashed potatoes and gravy and gave him 2 choices only fries or coleslaw he took one of each. My problem is what kind of chicken restaurant would be out of mashed potatoes & gravy at 645 pm when they are open until 11pm. Secondly I know they are instant Mashed potatoes so I felt they should have said would you care to wait a few minutes for the potatoes and gravy? So virtually I overpaid since I paid for 3 side orders and only got 2 then she asked him if there was a drink on the order he said he didn't know but she said it had already been cleared out and she didn't know either. Had I gone to pick up the order I would have refused it and asked that it be reversed on y cc but he didn't have the card. If they had called me and said they didn't have everything for the order I would have cancelled it. Having been in retail management for many years I would say it's a case of POOR MANAGEMENT AND LACK OF TRAINING.

Better than the Hiram location as far as staff goes, but not by much. A lot of wait in the drive thru even when there aren't many cars. Not very attentive to specific chicken piece request. I usually order a 3 piece breast, thigh, and leg and 50% of the time I checked it and it's not right. However the chicken is fresh most of the time when I come to this location which is why I gave it at least 3 stars.

I wish 0 stars was an option. Ordered ahead in the app for a pickup 30 minutes later. Pulled into the drive thru to be told they don’t have any tenders to fulfill the order, I said I’m ok with swapping for fried chicken, I was told then they were out of fried chicken as well. She then told me I’ll have to cancel the order in the app. There is no cancellation option in the app, the kicker? I was charged almost $28 for a meal I never received. Angry doesn’t even cover it, stay far away, the most ludicrous experience I’ve ever had in my life. Oh, their online support is atrocious as well, they offered me a $20 coupon for my trouble. They charged me almost $28 for nothing and offer me a $20 coupon? Ummm NO! I want a refund and I will never come back to this location!

Just left, and I had the 10 piece chicken with 5 extra biscuits fo4 a total of 10. I asked for a handful of honey and was told she couldn't give me a handful. She said I have enough for the number of biscuits I have. I got home when 5 boys a 2 adults were waiting, I only had 5 honeys. I spent over $60. I won't be back to this location.

the staff are rude and entitled. i didn't even get the food to be able to say anything but i will never return due to the service and the way the employees act and treat customers. honestly anywhere else would be better. hope they get new management and do better.

Absolutely horrible location. CLOSES EARLY. If it gets late they charge people for doordash and refuse to make their food.
