I had the Brunswick stew, it was okay, but have had better. Fried green tomatoes were hard, with a spicy breading on them. But I will be going back, on Saturday for all the catfish you can eat! I want to try the ribs too. Overall I would rate it as a 4 service was exceptional. I also enjoyed the butter pecan cake. They were out of red velvet!
For a perfect, hometown feel, this place is great. We've eaten here for years and have enjoyed watching this place evolve. Great people, good food, always friendly. Rodney & Tammy, the owners, are genuinely good people who care about each guest.
Rodneys went out of their way to help make our veterans day breakfast a success! They were wonderful to work with and the food was great. I highly recommend them for any occasion!
