Rodneys went out of their way to help make our veterans day breakfast a success! They were wonderful to work with and the food was great. I highly recommend them for any occasion!
First time here. Was visiting the area and needed a quick bite for lunch. Frankly, I expected so much more. Granted my sample was just a brisket sandwich with fries, but I found it to be small and underwhelming. The brisket was chopped fine (which is not what I expected) and it was doused in BBQ sauce. Served on a pretty lackluster bun (like a small store-bought hamburger bun) and the fries were just run of the mill. Maybe I'm spoiled by real BBQ where flavor comes from smoke...
This was my first time eating at Rodney's, but I will try them again. The food was a mixed-bag, but McKinsey was one of the best servers I have ever had the priviledge to meet. The Q was good, the fries not so good. The fried pickles were great, but the fried mushrooms were not good at all. The mushroom burger was good. If you expect to drink Southern Sweet Tea, this is not the place. It almost tasted like Yankee tea with no sugar. I had to add Splenda just to be able to...
