Friday night at 7:30 pm and the restaurant had maybe four tables total. Clearly slammed. This was my daughter’s 7th birthday and we were a party of six, four of them children.
We weren’t greeted so much as processed at the door. No smile, no welcome, just a flat “how many?” We were handed adult menus for everyone, including the kids. No kids menus at all until we realized the mistake ourselves and walked back up to the hostess stand after waiting roughly ten minutes just for drinks.
Once we finally ordered, the night became a slow drip of basic failures. Missing sauces. No Splenda for unsweetened tea. Small things, sure, but they add up when literally nothing is busy and no one seems remotely interested.
The real star of the evening, though, was the manager, Brandon. I only know his name because he loudly shouted it across the dining room multiple times to his friends. We never interacted with him directly, but he clearly assumed no customers were listening because the place was basically empty. From about fifteen feet away, he openly talked trash about customers, saying things like “customers be tripping” and joking that the bar is the only thing keeping the restaurant in business. He then spent a solid fifteen minutes reading negative customer reviews out loud so he and his two coworkers could laugh at them while sitting down and rolling silverware. All of this happened in the front of the house, fully audible, while we were eating. On my kid’s birthday.
After finishing our meal, we sat there for fifteen to twenty minutes with no waitress in sight. The front of the house was completely abandoned. Eventually we had to get up and go searching for an employee just to locate someone who could find our server so we could pay and leave.
This was hands down one of the worst restaurant experiences we’ve had, and especially disappointing for a child’s birthday dinner. We will absolutely not be returning to this location. Ended up paying $100 after tip.
And finally, since Brandon seems to enjoy reading bad reviews out loud for entertainment, I just wanted to say hi. Hope this one gives you and your buddies a good laugh too.

Alex is a competent, no nonsense server who provides you with everything you need while still being nice.
The food is always on point. It tastes good, has a variety of choices, fresh salad bar, and no one gets upset if you make special temperature requests or substitutions. Our daughter always eats her while plate and they provide real vegetables on the kid's menu.
The atmosphere is where they really need to put some effort. The host or hostess always seems like they could care less if you were there. The booths are wearing thin, the wallpaper is peeling off the wall, and the bathrooms are not clean and in need of repair.
Overall, we keep coming back because of our food experience and it serves our quick, healthy meal needs when we are out.

found a fly in my mr pub after i bought me beast burger from said location and it was overall nasty food, they didn’t listen to my request after i specifically said to make my sandwich plain!

Looks and feels dirty. The waitress was very nice but the one that greeted us did not make us feel welcomed. I will not go into details with more just so management doesn’t know which was our waiter and take it out on them. But I recommend to stay away
