My coworker ordered 5 drinks and 2 food items for pick-up. She thought she ordered it for this location but she actually ordered it for the location by Stars and Strikes. However when I got to this location to pick up the order, they informed me they didn't have the order but would honor it anyway. FLETCHER made our entire order with no complaints, just understanding, and super quick! They were the sweetest in helping us out when we made the mistake.

The kids working here need customer service training and adult supervision. I remember what it was like being a teenager, but at the same time it's not healthy for a business when kids want to stand around and talk and instead of doing their jobs.
Very calm environment with outstanding friendly service. I enjoyed my time from the second I entered the store until I left. I'll definitely be returning for more visits inside.

Just cannot get over keebler elf mentality. I mean the coffee is okay, they put enough fat and sugar into it to kill a large rodent. It's just not my thing. I might get a Starbucks coffee once every 6 months at most. Sorry guys I just prefer to make my own.
