Why do you have a sign in your window that advertises a new sandwich but you apparently don’t make them anymore! You guys are horrible in customer service and the false advertising is unacceptable!
This is by far the worste subway I’ve ever been to. I’m shocked this place is still in business. It really sucks a big one.

I went in an hour before close for a meatball sub. I was pleasantly surprised. Reading prior reviews I was a bit hesitant to visit, but I'm glad I did. The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly and courteous. The portion was fair for the price and the sub was delish. No complaints here.

Walked in to get food. Both employees are playing with their phones in the lobby. Neither wash their hands before going to prep us food. Disgusting. Beware

Went in here to order a BMT for my mom and saw no less than 4 roaches crawling around. One on the floor in the lobby area, one on the outside of the glass over the sandwich ingredients and 2 crawling up the back wall behind the counter. If I saw 4 in the few minutes I was in there, I can only imagine how many more there are. 🤢🤮

The girl had headphones in the whole time talking on the phone. And for the footlong skimped on meat only put about 7 meatballs in a footlong just seemed annoyed I was there.

Do not come to eat at this location. They cheap you out of meat. They overcharge for the normal price subs. They don't accept coupons. They are extremely rude. We will never be back to this location. It literally cost 41.00 for three regular footlong subs. All subs. It's a joke. Oh one last thing the fountain machine was broke so I had to over pay for a bottle. This place is a joke. Go to Marcos! I could have gotten to large pizzas for the same price. Close down already. Your place sucks!!! I read all the reviews. 1 star. Get a clue, you do not know how to run a business. I think everyone would have put 0 stars if that was possible.

$13 for a sub that used to be $5. Clerk said that was 10 years ago. Lets do the math...pretty sure inflation wasn't 150% over that period. They actually tried to put 25% less meat than the standard as well. I walked out after they tried to do that. I used to run a subway so I know what goes on a sub. This location is a scam on price and now they are trying to reduce the meat to save money. Of course they ask you for a tip even though the workers don't get paid on tip wages. Screw this place. I could get a 3 course meal at Texas Road house for that cost. I truly hope you go out of business. Publix in the same parking lot charged me 7.99 for a full sub and didn't try to cheat me. No wonder there is a line at Publix for a sub and no one is at Subway.

Worker has no people skills and does not do her job. Not enough meat and all the vegetables were freezer burnt/rotten. When i asked for fresh lettuce she took out some fresh lettuce and put it on top of the rotten lettuce!!!!! Drink machine broken so i bought a WARM bottled drink from the fridge.

I ordered online for 17 people the day before I needed it. I got a confirmation 3 hours before the due time that the order would indeed be ready. I got a call from the online ordering service that subway uses 40 minutes before the due time that they wouldn't fulfill my order because they were missing some ingredients. The online service's response was to send me the address of other restaurants and to get me off the phone as quickly as possible...40 minutes before I needed the order. I cannot encourage you enough to stay way from this subway and their online ordering "service". Do NOT trust what they tell you.

Just go to publix they have cheaper and better subs. This place is horrible and they don't accept any coupons! They don't have a sign posted anywhere like a normal business would. I am very disappointed and will never step foot in there again. Hopefully, they will close up soon. Sorry business practices!
