I never go to Subway. It's always so long! Decided to give it a chance because of the new Doritos Nacho Footlong. After waiting in line I was told that it was discontinued. I told the employee it was still posted on the website and the menu in store and the marketing decal was literally right in front of us on the line..... Still refused to make it stating their manager told them they couldn't take it down but that it was discontinued...... Never Again

I’m not one to leave a negative review but I am super bothered about how I was treated here. I was alone with my 5 children (ages 5-11) and had giftcards to Subway, I walked in and was greeted by Avery. She asked how many sandwiches and I said ‘6’ her eyes got wide and asked ‘6?’ In a surprisingly rude tone. I asked ‘yes, is that a problem?’ She said ‘well you usually can’t order more than 5 sandwiches in a walk in order and this should be a catering event.’ There was no one else in line so I asked ‘there are 5 kids and no one else here and it needs to be catering?’ She finally took our order. Then had an attitude when she asked me to specify what Italian bread I wanted ‘white or herbs and cheese?’ Rolled her eyes as if I knew the menu like the back of my hand. Then proceeded to ask me what I wanted on the first sandwich, I asked if it was a kids sandwich she was doing first or a 6 inch (I had 2 kids sandwiches and 4 6 inch) she proceeded again to roll her eyes and said ‘kids’ so I gave the order. She was ready for the second sandwich order so I gave the next kids sandwich and she proceeded to let out a deep sigh like she was irritated and grabbed the kids which was at the end her sandwich line. Mind you, I couldn’t see what the bread was. Eventually I asked for the meatball sandwich and she told me they were out of meatballs, like I missed a sign somewhere or was super irritated I even tried to order it. Finally, we were able to move on to the condiments which was another guy working with her. He was super pleasant and never made me feel like I was burden like Avery did. Going to the store with 5 kids is overwhelming and the looks people give you can be embarrassing, Avery is as exactly one of those people I hate to run into at the store with my kids when I feel the judgmental eyes on me. Oh, absolutely none of their sodas at their machine worked and I didn’t even want to have another encounter with Avery so I walked out with 6 empty subway cups and cut my losses.

I order on the app they still manage to mess up a sandwich. Unpleasant and illiterate at this location. Definitely do not recommend this staff to make a simple sandwich. Please focus on this location for better training and fulfill better customer service skills. The sandwich was incorrect and items were charged but never received. Called the location and nothing was corrected.

What’s going on subway? Why do you only have one person working in a WALMART subway? You know this location gets busy. This poor girl is overwhelmed up here.

Got me the steak outlaw there was barley any meat on there!
For $7 and being the outlaw I would expect a little more.
Every time I go to subway I'm very disappointed!

The girl named Avery was about to put raw bacon on my sandwich. Luckily, another lady told her to cook the bacon. I'm so glad she did cause I could've been sick. She needs to learn how to prepare food better.

Service was great. Gentleman working at 9:00p on 3/22 was very friendly. Unfortunately, the brand tarnished his good service. The store was out of meatballs meaning I couldn’t get the Boss and apparently this store no longer has the pretzel even though it’s on the menu both in the store and in the app. It’s too bad the store couldn’t advise the app that these menu items were out before I ordered. Sandwiches were good, churro was horrible and inedible. At least this location participated in the meal deal where it seems 3/4 do not.

I didn’t catch the name of whoever was working tonight (2/21) but he was working by himself and he was the most amazing worker I have ever been around. He was making sure everyone was doing alright after he made their food while it was still busy and just prioritized the customers over just making the sandwiches. He was super helpful and when I went to grab my drink he was helping an older couple and the only thing I heard him say was “if I wasn’t busy I wouldn’t get the chance to meet all you wonderful people” and it just melted my heart hearing that he cared so much. So to the younger guy working by himself who was maybe 20 with the blonde curly hair. Keep doing what you’re doing! 👏🏻

What kind of sandwich makers do you have working there? Sassy mouthing the customer? Poor customer service...it was all about her and not trying to understand the customers request for how they wanted their sandwich made. And demonstrating a lack of patience with the customer. I could not believe what I over heard how a customer was spoken to. She then loses her patience and storms off and leaves the customers standing there and the manager had to come out there and finish this sandwich. This is unacceptable. Do something about it today or you will lose a regular customer. This sandwich maker was wearing a bandana on her head if that helps.

If I could give a 0 star I would. They are nasty, roaches in there, food out of temperatures, and I got food poisoning the last time I ate there #sodisgusting. The manager acts like a little kid with the nastiest attitude I’ve ever seen. This place needs new management ASAP. Be warned.

Ur manager picked up the phone and I requested a donation update. She was a cracker and feel like she have the right to talk disrespectful to customers. She would not last in Atlanta without some putting a foot up her little toot toot. Luckily she on Dallas hwy. Or we would have some words face to face. We don't and won't take the disrespect. Get that cracker out that position. To add to this I was raised in a mansion full of you whites. You look up to us. Not talk down on us. Know your place little April.
