Ur manager picked up the phone and I requested a donation update. She was a cracker and feel like she have the right to talk disrespectful to customers. She would not last in Atlanta without some putting a foot up her little toot toot. Luckily she on Dallas hwy. Or we would have some words face to face. We don't and won't take the disrespect. Get that cracker out that position. To add to this I was raised in a mansion full of you whites. You look up to us. Not talk down on us. Know your place little April.

Get rid of the chairs in front of the plexiglass. We are 3 yrs post Covid. The filth on the chairs and plexiglass is way worse than Covid virus. Just clean the store daily.

charged me 15 dollars for a sandwich and then told me i cant put mayo or salt and pepper on MY sandwich. they said "signature sandwiches come as is. you can only take off but cant add anything." thats horse$h!t.

Negative stars. This rating is for the Subway located inside WalMart at 3615 Charles Hardy Parkway, Dallas, GA. I received coupons in the mail for Subway. While going to WalMart for groceries I went in the Subway inside the WalMart on Dallas Hwy to eat lunch. I haven't been in any Subway for decades due to poor quality food and bad service. After this visit I understand why I have wisely avoided this establishment.When you walk up to the counter at this Subway the first thing your eye sees is a note stuck to the wall, something to the effect of 'No coupons allowed on Subway Series' whatever that means.Basically this franchise Subway will not accept a coupon for 90% of their posted menu items (sandwiches #1 - 12). Not a good first impression for any guest.Next, as usual at most Subways, my wife's BMT sandwich bread was hard and inedible. My foot-long steak and cheese was cold and unimpressive overall.Also my wife's shirt was ruined by blood red dye from the Icee machine that was splattered all over her drink cup given to her by a Subway manager (see pictures). The red Icee mix got on her fingers when she held the cup. When she noticed and told the old woman manager Anita she could have cared less about damaging her clothing.I had to ask for the franchise owner's name to report this incident to. After a 6-8 minute wait the woman manager Anita gave me a corporate name of 'Dakota Enterprises Inc.' in Austell, GA (no individual owner like Subway loves to brag about) and a fake phone number. I found the real number via Google search. I will see if they care about their customer experience and damage to personal property due to careless employee negligence.My advice to everyone is to let the hourly WalMart employees continue to use this Subway as their personal break room and avoid at all costs.

If I had to rate this place I would rate it a big ZERO. Went and got me and my coworker subway for lunch, when my coworker was about 3/4 of the way finished with her flatbread she found MOLD on the bread…. Come on guys! DO BETTER. Shouldn’t have to inspect it for mold before eating. Not the first time I have had a bad experience here. They never keep their drink machines refilled and most of the workers have horrible attitudes. The worst Subway I have ever seen. Just shut it down already.

Online hours say 10pm. Wrong! They were out of meatballs to make a meat lball sub, and the hours should say 9pm.

Worst Subway experience I have EVER had!!! Both girls working seemed completely clueless. Not sure if they were not given any training or if they just didn't care. It was clear that this location does not do temperature checks as required because all of the produce was freezer burned. The girl that made my personal pizza added no cheese and then attempted to serve a sandwich where she did not toast or heat the bacon. Then when I questioned her about it she argued that it didn't have to be.... I have never seen cold bacon served (unless someone specifically requested it that way because they were eating it later). Not to mention they had no other customers and were moving at a snails pace. Then when I paid the other girl had NO idea how to make change. I had to let her know that she was shorting me a dollar after she stood there completely confused when I gave her $40.31 for an order totaling $23.31. From the start, it was a disaster! With so many other Subway's and other options in the area, I won't be eating there again. Waist of time, money, and patience.

This place is always a great experience me and my husband. We love coming here they are always nice and the store is always clean. we used to come here all the time when we lived closer and only come down sometimes for errands now and they still remember us and they are great definitely recommend.
