Some of the most unfriendly people to work customer service. My burrito was messed up, onions all over the paper and bag (my food didn’t even come with onions), no cheese or sauce in the burrito, I waited for 30 mins. I would have went back to fix it but after sitting there for that long, I had to go back to work. I’m not one to leave bad reviews but this is every single time. I don’t have these problems at any other Taco Bell, I’ll just stop coming here which sucks since it is the most convenient one near work.

Came here today and yesterday. Must be the same employees working cuz got the same issues with the order. Special requests not being made and items not being removed. I don't get how I can watch the people make the food, walk out to my car and the food is barely warm. Additionally, how y'all gonna make a crunch wrap and not grill it? Only reason they get 2 stars is because they gave me a cup for ice.

Sierra Mist is flat but the reason for the review is the cashier dropped some of my change when handing it through the window and didn’t bother to pick it up and just said “here you go” therefore shorting me. So bizarre. Do better 🤩

I just went through the drive thru and asked for a baja blast, a taco bell signature. They responded with we are out of baja blast! I was like okay and desided to get some nacho fries instead, once again they responded saying they were out. Finally i ordered lux cravings box and asked for no sour cream. Got the food and what do you know, it’s covered in sour cream. I’m deathly allergic to sour cream so this really ruined my day.

Only if I could send the picture of this menu item. I ordered the new crispy chicken burrito. I got home and bit into the hardest chicken ever. Overdone is a understatement anyone could see how black the chicken was why would you serve bad food to a customer. Drove all the way back 15 mins BTW and they remade it no apologies and charged me for a small mountain dew. While I waited 10 min for 1 crispy chicken burrito
