This place sucks. Got my order wrong 3x in a row now. The staff in the drive thru never says hello, welcome or thank you during the process. In fact, they look at you like they hate you. I'm taking my business elsewhere

Good food. Service is usually okay, but nearly every time I go they do mess up my order - typically forgetting something or giving too many of one item. I have occasionally received items that I didn't even order. The last few times that I've been there I've been asked to pull up and wait or pull around to the other side of the building and wait. Sometimes they seems to have an attitude when talking over the intercom, rushing you through your order.
Tried that new cantina crunchy taco it was like a cracker w chicken (super flat) that queso steak 2mini wrap was not what I expected either and that nacho loaded is slop ewww never again

Never order thru the app! I ordered my food over 30 minutes ago and when I went to pick it up it wasn’t even started. Hire better help cause the “help” y’all have ain’t it

I'm no huge fan of Taco Bell, my local Taco Bell is definitely on my no-go list! I will say that this place did my order correctly, they did it quickly and it was Taco Bell! Bell! Fast food not five-star dining. It's just getting to the point with everything as everyone knows! This is still just fast food but the pricing for everybody is becoming ridiculous. So I'll give it five stars for giving exactly what I expected or more money than I wanted.

Was in the lobby before it was closed and was just trying to order and the manager was yelling the lobby is closed after we came in and locked the doors after we came in and then we were trying to buy this man some food who needed some and the younger kids working there was trying to help him out and buy his food but the older folks was not allowed them to the woman was very rude about it.

Not sure if they are having card reader issues. My bank card declined for 6.41.. I just got 30.00 worth of gas. I know what's in bank account. Luckily I had cash on me. So I went to my banks atm and got more cash. This wrong weekend to have issues bank is closed on Monday.
