Absolutely unacceptable quality of food and service. Horrible, it deserves zero stars. i ordered a 3 steak taco supreme combo, with packets of sauce on uber eats. it didnt come with any of the toppings, 2 of them were ground beef and the steak taco had 4 small pieces of meat on it. if the order could not be fulfilled, CANCEL it. This is not the only time ive had a major issue with this Taco Bell. I will be escalating this and reporting it to whomever needs to hear it at your corperate offices. I see why the ratings are horrific.

I am honestly disgusted by this Taco Bell experience and their ‘customer service’. We typically only ever do drive thru but tonight decided to do dine-in. We did our orders at the kiosk. I ordered cheesy roll ups for my daughter and a Nachos Bell Grande with no tomatoes, easy on the beans, extra meat, extra cheese, and extra sour cream. I ordered it this way because it never seemed like they put enough on there as it was. My name was called and I brought the bag to the table and opened up my nachos… I immediately showed my husband (who had ordered separately) and just laughed… I said there is no way this has extra.. I took it back up to the counter and an employee came to the counter and I said excuse me there was supposed to be extra meat and stuff on this and her response was ‘we put two scoops’… I was confused and started moving the chips around because the meat was literally in one little spot and I said but there’s like nothing in there and she again said ‘we put two scoops’… I walked away as she said something else and just put it in the bag while my family finished eating..
it’s no wonder this location has a 3.4 star rating and even that’s a little high. We will not be returning.

Ordered online to pickup, waited forever in line. Got food and item was missing (Cheese sauce for nachos). Sent som in for missing item and he came back twice to tell us they refused to give it to him and tried to charge. On the second trip we sent the whole bag back, waited then I ended up going in. Finally got the crazy cheese sauce for our subpar meal. Customer is always right amigos, get better customer service.

The food here has gone down a lot. Tacos are soggy and greasy even with very little meat. They always skimp on the meat to where you only taste lettuce and the taco shell. It makes me think management is the reason for the lack of meat, no matter what time of day you go, it’s always the same.

So I had to change from 4 stars to 1. The service in the last year has gone down. I used to love this location, but not anymore. Now, every time I go there and order something. A part of my order is missing. Day day ago, I went and ordered 3 different craving boxes. And some additional items. Spending more than $30 only to get home and 1 whole meal was missing minus my soda. First of all, they did not separate the meals and put them in the boxes, one of the main box I ordered. The Disha Hot Box was missing the main dish, the cheesy cordita crunch, crunchy taco supreme, and the soft taco supreme. that was basically one meal box. so I had one family member without a meal. if the meals were placed in their individual box, instead of all being thrown in a bag together. they would have noticed that some of the items were missing. Also, the tacos that I did receive was a mess. This was supposed to be a double-decker supreme.
The people who work up here are so stupid. Everytime I get food from here they mess it way up. Not minor things, the WHOLE order. Stupidity and laziness flys around in there who hires these people? We ordered 40$ worth of food and they gave us 2 tacos. They are useless and stupid. That’s bad. This place sucks.
