Okay we did an online order drive thru pickup. Drive thru lady was obviously new. She had a helper next to her when we eventually got to the window which took about 4 songs. Then she handed me my drinks and waved at me like bye. Where is my food? I ordered 40 bucks worth of food. She turned to tell other girl, she wants to know where her food is. (I ordered said food 20 mins prior to getting into line)
My drink I asked for no ice. It's full of ice.
My cantina bowl I paid for steak... I got chicken.
We live in Carroll Co. I was not about to drive back once we got home.

I wish I could give it 0 stars! I placed an order through the app for ASAP. It was about 10:30 at night and was a 12 soft taco box. I got to the store about 10 mins later. We pulled up to the drive through we were the 3rd car inline. I saw some people walk out of the store so I jump out to walk in and had my wife pull around to pick me up. I walk in and stood at the counter for about 5 mins before anyone even acknowledged me. I told the employee I placed an online order and gave my name. If said ok and walked away.
I stood there for 21mins watching order after order be placed. I asked again and they said they will get to it. I insisted to cancel my order and refund my money. They said the can't, I'll have to call a customer service. We went back in forth for a few mins and he finally said I'll make it now. This was the worst fastfood experience I have ever received in my 44 years. You have definitely lost a customer.

The manager of this location is SO SWEET. She gave us three bags of cinnamon twists free because we thought it wasn’t enough cinnamon to our liking (it would’ve been fine but we are cinnamon lovers) so she gave us three bags with no charge and added more seasoning! So sweet! :))

Their fry portions are always inconsistent and often lean to the skimpy side. The same goes for burritos, sometimes they're fine, but a lot of time the burrito is flat because it has barely any protein in it. It's very hit or miss with this location

Absolutely horrible time management tonight for inside patrons. Took 45 minutes to get our food. Previously, we have not had an issue. We were not the only ones waiting for long times.

This place is an absolute disaster and the people running need to be removed. I got stuck in line this evening, it took 37 minutes from start to finish, and there were only 3 cars in front of me. The 3 soft tacos I ordered were ice cold and the inside was locked, so the food went in the trash. Looking at the reviews this is a normal occurrence. The worst one I've experienced in all my travels.

Ordered on the app before we got there. Pulled up to the speaker and they told us they didn’t see it. To go around and get back in line. There were 5 cars that pulled up. She then told me to just pull to the window where she refused to talk to me at all until she had my order. I then told her I wanted to add one item and had my card ready (I would have ordered it at the speaker but wasn’t given the opportunity). She told me no and I needed to pull around and get back in line. Was completely rude the entire time.

If there was another Taco Bell anywhere near my house, we would make sure we go there but now we will just never return here. The staff, including manager, is absolutely atrocious, rude, snarky, and condescending. Never has there been a time where our order wasn't completely screwed up and/or cold and then they get mad at the customer for asking it be made correctly and wanting the correct food. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dump and the staff. It would be better if it closed and they put something else much better there instead.

Definitely ordered 2 chzy dbl beef, extra beef and rice... Definitely got 2 plain ones... Brought it up to the girl who made my burritos. And she looked at me like I was unintelligent. Literally the same order I get at every other Taco Bell. Will not be back... Paying for an item and not receiving it is THEFT.

Absolutely unacceptable quality of food and service. Horrible, it deserves zero stars. i ordered a 3 steak taco supreme combo, with packets of sauce on uber eats. it didnt come with any of the toppings, 2 of them were ground beef and the steak taco had 4 small pieces of meat on it. if the order could not be fulfilled, CANCEL it. This is not the only time ive had a major issue with this Taco Bell. I will be escalating this and reporting it to whomever needs to hear it at your corperate offices. I see why the ratings are horrific.
