Ginger and the crew were awesome today at about 4:00. To her manager, 5 stars for their customer service portion. However, before today every time I order here it’s wrong or crappy so i probably won’t be back. I came back to get an order fixed from before remodel and they treated me well today. I would say they just need to re-train the employees that are making the mistakes and move forward because the people I met inside the store today have the right attitude and I do want to praise them for that aspect.

I went through trying to buy a single meal. I get my receipt, meal and drink. I pull off assuming my card is with my receipt and then I check my bank account. To my surprise they charged my card with an extra $30 worth of food which I’m assuming the employees got on my dime. I call the restaurant and I’m not really offered a sorry just a we will refund your money. Makes me lose faith in the world. Still waiting for my refund btw

I don't even want to go to this Taco Bell anymore. It's absolutely pathetic and sorry that management allows the workers behind the counter to put this type of order together when you're paying almost $5 for a product and there's no meat on it!!!! Constantly the same story²

Very fast service with people that have no chip on their shoulders about the past history of America. Normally the racist attitudes from fast food employees feel threatening and very uncomforatble at the least. Most black people that work in fast food hate people who are NOT considered black.
They keep putting beef in my veggie Mexican pizza. And it’s confusing cus they put beans too. Did this

Young man that took my order was patient with me because I'm not a big taco person but like it every now and then and I didn't know what came on an entree and he was so kind and explaining. When I got to the window he spoke, took my money with a smile and was so polite. It makes me really proud to know that there are still some mannerable children out here. Thank you young man.
I would like to thank LANDON HAMILTON for making the best food and service out there and he made it perfecto. It tasted so good and the food was so juicy and crisp to perfection. Thank you LANDAN you are the best hopefully I see you again.
First, let me start by saying that I got a recording at 9:45 at night saying they were closed in drive thru. Then the guy asked in an I don't wanna be here voice "Can I help u?" When I told him about the recording he just said in a ill aggravated voice"CAN I HELP U?" I said I just didn't know if u knew... He then repeated himself again in a idc and irritated manner. When I asked him about the price of a drink he scoffed at me and said $2.66! I said "ok, well thank u have a nice night" and left... He was extremely rude! I will not go back there at night.
