Part of my order was incorrect, but the entire order was fresh and the items were well stuffed/made and put together nicely. Placed a drive thru order and didn't have to wait long and staff were really polite.

OK, I get it. It’s Taco Bell. You don’t expect perfection. There’s a reason they’re open till three in the morning but let me say this. It wasn’t 3am or 2am was not 1am or even midnight. It was 11:11 PM. I expect at least for my fries to be hot maybe warm not like they’ve been sitting out for a hour and you throw them in my bag. While we’re at it. How the heck do you charge somebody $1.95 for guacamole and this is what you get a half a container of guacamole. Let me remind you the container is already small in the first place. This is why I hate going to this place. This is really aggravating. But it’s Paulding Co and there is much open after 11:01pm Taco Bell, Khalil #dobetter. Much Better This was a waste of $20 By the way Taco Bell should never cost $20 Ever. It’s like eating the plastic food you played with as a kid By the way the 2.60 cold fries didn’t even have the SIDE of Nacho cheese sauce you so graciously itemized on my receipt. Aghhhhhh

Night shift is terrible as well as the staff I asked for a quesadilla and the boy on the other line said do I want the jalapeños sauce on it I specifically said yes the boy caught a minor attitude. When I got my food i didn’t receive what I asked for I got two large cold fries and 1 small which was supposed to be large fresh hot fries. So not only did I not get what I ordered but I had two very rude people on the other line I order from Taco Bell a lot I mean a lot like every other night I can’t help it I love the nachos fries but I will definitely be going to a different Taco Bell from now on.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Surprisingly good experience! This Taco Bell location was clean, the staff was friendly, and the food was cooked fresh to order. My teenager suggested it—I was hesitant at first, but it actually turned out to be a pretty good idea. Everything tasted fresh, and the service was fast. Would visit again if we’re in the area.
When this location first opened I thought I would eat from there atleast twice a week. Its less than a mile from my house and I eat taco bell all the time. However, I don't understand how this location stays going and has any good reviews. Since this location is new and close to my home I've ordered from there atleast 10 times on my own free will before i gave up. Then another 5 times through doordash not realizing it was coming from that location until the food arrived and there was an issue.
Somehow there's always an issue. It's not rocket science, read the ticket and heat up the food ya know? Some nights it felt like they just grabbed whatever was on the warmers and threw it in a bag. It's to the point where I wait until 1230am if I'm getting it doordashed, because by then this location is closed and my food comes from the hiram location.
Tonight I decided to give this location yet another chance. Fries were slightly warm but cold, barely seasoned, i should say almost seasoned. Cheese sauce was definitely not warmed up, yet had discoloration on top as if air was drying it out. Doritos taco shell was soggy while the beef was barely warmed up, they forgot my coffee or just didnt have it, Left out the sauces I paid extra for and the nuggets appear to have been under a heatlamp for quite some time but weren't actually hot?
I just don't understand What is so different about this location that makes it this way?! It's almost infuriating.
I'd really love to meet the owner of this place and ask them what their reasons are for letting the location go on like this. There's no way they don't know.
This was the very last time I'll order from here. The only good thing I can say is the location looks nice (because its relatively new)
The hiram location is better for these reasons. 90% of the time they don't skimp on ingredients 90% of the time they have all menu items 90% of the time the order is right. 100% of the time the food is hot 100% of the time I don't regret going there.

Normally I have a great experience here, but today ouch! Made my order at the kiosk for 2 bean burritos and it took almost 15 minutes. The cooks and manager focused on the drive thru leaving us waiting. When the food came, they said my name and then when I went to grab my food the lady said it wasn't mine, yet it was. Not a good day for them
