The girl who was serving there this morning with the black hair was very rude. I asked for extra salt and she had an attitude like it was the hardest task to accomplish. She also didn’t have to do anything bc I placed my order online. Thanks to the chef though bc he cooked my meal speedily and to perfection.

Visiting family in Dallas, and I have to get my Waffle House fix as I’m from California. This location is super clean and the staff are so friendly. Melissa was my server, and she was fantastic. She helped me with my selection and the food did not disappoint.
I ordered a Texas cheesesteak with onions. The cook did not have any onions at her station and after conveying this to the cashier, the cashier asked the manager (guy) to grab the onions from the back. The manager continued to have a conversation with another employee, so the cashier asked again for the onions. With Blatant disregard and continued his conversation. The cook continued to make the order and neither the cook nor the cashier had the common decency to apologies or mention the sandwich had no onions. As I sat at counter watching the entire time. This behavior and lack of, is appallingly disgusting. May GOD have mercy on you all’s soul. It’s just the principle of the entire situation.

My wife and I took our grandson in for dinner and were the only ones in the restaurant. The waitresses and cook were braiding each others hair. They asked us to give them a couple of minutes they were almost done. After my wife and grandson went to the bathroom to wash their hands, the staff was still having a hair day, so we left and went up the road to another restaurant!
