I ordered a Texas cheesesteak with onions. The cook did not have any onions at her station and after conveying this to the cashier, the cashier asked the manager (guy) to grab the onions from the back. The manager continued to have a conversation with another employee, so the cashier asked again for the onions. With Blatant disregard and continued his conversation. The cook continued to make the order and neither the cook nor the cashier had the common decency to apologies or mention the sandwich had no onions. As I sat at counter watching the entire time. This behavior and lack of, is appallingly disgusting. May GOD have mercy on you all’s soul. It’s just the principle of the entire situation.

My wife and I took our grandson in for dinner and were the only ones in the restaurant. The waitresses and cook were braiding each others hair. They asked us to give them a couple of minutes they were almost done. After my wife and grandson went to the bathroom to wash their hands, the staff was still having a hair day, so we left and went up the road to another restaurant!

Eggs weren't cooked all the way. Don't order them sunny side up here or you will get them raw on top. Sandwiches were great. Waffles were great too
Waffle House is known for the cool Temps.....what happened??? I know the poor cooks are hot, if I'm hot just sitting and eating.

It's a Waffle House, so I wasn't expected much, but this was a wonderful experience.
The bad first: it was loud. Loud music, loud conversation from diners, lots of echo. Welcome to Waffle House. Not the place you're going for an intimate conversation.
The good: everything else. My server was fantastic, and the servers seemed to work together as a team. My food was the best I've ever had a Waffle House. I didn't expect much (it's Waffle House), but the waffle was fluffy, the burger was delicious, the hash browns were crispy and hot. Really impressed.
I'm not sure how likely anybody is to be reading a review for Waffle House, but if for some reason you are, this location is a good credit to the chain. Check it out.
