Place a take out order. A waffle and aT-bone steak. When I got there it was just sitting uncovered. I was asked was I picking up or placing a order. I responded picking up. The waitress that asked me the question went to the back. Another worker was cleaning. And the other worker was running his mouth like I wasn't there. Finally the worker that was running his mouth came to the register where I was standing to ring up a customer order so I figured I would be next. I figured wrong cause he went right back to the table and continued running his mouth. I got impatient and told the worker that was cleaning that my food was sitting back there and may I get my food.For excellent customer service I do not recommend this location.

I go to this waffle House often. One thing I don't understand is how do you run a business when you have inadequate cash in the cash drawer. I was waiting for Change and the waitress was asking other employees if they had spare change. You can't keep a Cash drawer straight that way. But everything at waffle House is run in a chaotic way, the cooks are expected to listen to orders being called out instead of having the order in front of them and the dish pit is at the counter and some waffle houses splash you at the counter and there is rarely a clean counter at any waffle House

At 5:00 in the morning when all gas stations were closed for some reason, I saw a beacon of light for my unsatiated thirst in the form of the waffle house on the corner of 92 and Dallas Acworth Highway. I was warmly welcomed and graciously provided a to-go sweet tea for only a small charge.

I placed a takeout order. The food I received was good, but I was missing half my order. I should have double checked before I left. I ordered 2 chocolate chip waffles. I only received 1 waffle and it was not chocolate chip. Definitely disappointed.

Our son loved this place. Spent so much of his time there. We go there because we too like it. That and it’s a place we can feel closer to him.
