This review is based off of several visits. I like Wendy's but this particular location has actually become a running joke for many in the community. If you want consistent terrible service and wrong orders, this is the place to visit. After today's experience, I felt obliged to write this review as I will not be going back to this location and will actually think twice about going to Wendy's in general.

The ai drive thru app consistently gets the order wrong unless you just order a number meal without any changes, no matter how many times you try and correct it it just says yeah I got that and then when you get to the window, it’sall wrong, the staff is nice about it and makes it right, but I think I need a lot of work before it’s really ready togo live

Would have been 5 stars but every time I go here and ask for no mayo my burger always has a massive amount on it. Im allergic so the food goes to waste.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Stopped at drive thru speaker, but no one took my order, drove thru and back around to try again, still nothing at the order speaker, stopped at 1st window and no one there to take order, stopped at the 2nd window and after waiting several minutes, an an employee said they couldn't take order at that window and I would have to drive back around to 1st window to order. Yea, the same window that I was just at where there was no one there. Unbelievable! At that point, I lost all interest in trying to give this place my business.
AI drive through couldn't handle the order and employee in pay window is high.

I would not go to this or any other Wendy’s that has AI take your drive-thru order. It forgot one of my drinks anlthough I saw it come up on the screen. When I wasn’t given the drink, I was told to go back through the line. If you are going to implement new technology, maybe make it right when it inevitably screws up.

I ordered a crispy chicken and a double stack, which wasn’t what I wanted. The automated system cut me off and pushed me through to the window before I was ready. The girl at the window helped take the rest of my order told her I wanted something that was small and with bacon. We discussed a couple options and she ended up giving me a double stack only pickle which I only wanted pickle on my bacon burger...
I apologized that I had to add food at the window because the automated system sent us through after cutting off my order…. Got to the second window and felt the need to do it again because the manager was pi$$ed that we added food at the window and had an attitude so I felt bad and apologized again and tried to explain the system cut me off and totaled out my order…. The guy at the window was cool about it though…
Then I literally drive 1 mile down the road to my house and undo my cold hard and dry crispy chicken sandwich with a stale bun to match and a soggy double stack NO BACON 🤦🏻only pickle…
I do not eat out mostly because my food is either messed up or garbage or both and in this case BOTH…. And it’s expensive for an automated system to take my order while some teenager makes $17-$20/hr to stand at a window on their phone…. But when I do treat myself and my family there are expectations, which I don’t know why those expectations and standards are not set lower like the economy as a whole…
As an EMT I barely make half of that… it’s literally not rocket science….Do better!!!
That’s ok though with the amount of AI taking over soon none of those people are going to have jobs at all…. BETTER GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER BEFORE IT’S TOO LATE AMERICA….

Wendy's Drive-Thru Experience: 1 Star
I had a frustrating experience at the Wendy's drive-thru recently that I need to share. I was greeted by an AI robot, which was an interesting touch, but it clearly wasn't designed for handling orders efficiently. After placing my order, I received only my drinks and was told to wait for my food, which was "warming up."
I waited for 12 minutes, which is far too long for fast food, especially since I was the only car in line. It made me wonder what the employees were doing all that time. I would have preferred to leave without my food than to waste valuable time waiting. I prioritize being early to appointments, and I left without my meal because I didn't want to be late to my meeting.
Now, I’m considering calling my bank for a refund—not just for the food, but for the time I lost. Wendy's needs to seriously improve their drive-thru process. This experience was disappointing, and I hope it gets better in the future.
