I really wish this location was better. They have so many issues, close early because of low staff, dinning room is closed sometimes during the day, food is never right or always missing something. So we hardly go there anymore unfortunately.
I placed a Door Dash order and this store did an amazing job on my large order. Not only did I contact the store with my concern. Tiffany, the employee who answered the phone was kind, courteous and provided me with excellent customer service and insured me that my order would be great and everything would be package well. I typically have a great experience at this location.There was an error with my most recent order. I called and spoke with the manager, Samantha. She apologized and assured me that she’d make it right when I returned. I went into the restaurant today. Not only did she remake my meal, but she also took time to respectfully educate her staff. That’s top tier management! I’ll definitely return!
