If i could give negative stars, i would.
Went here to get lunch, the cashier didnt listen. We had torepeat our order, then, both the ketchup dispensers were out, there was way too much playing going on behind the counter, no gloves or hair nets in the cook and prep areas. Both our burgers were cold, and made wrong. The meat was not stacked, it was falling off the bun, the fries were cold and hard. We will not be back to this one. Bad management, no control over employees at all. They should have clean gloves while handling the food.

I will never be going to this Wendy’s again for one. I had to wait 30 minutes on very cold food. They forgot to give me barbecue sauce so I walked back in and tell them because we had ordered a lot of chicken nuggets. She tries to tell me that she can only give me three or I have to pay for more. I had to explain to her that I just bought a lot of chicken nuggets so she gave me another one when you walk into this Wendy’s it smells like marijuana very not impressed.

The WORST customer service I have ever had in a restaurant.
1. I placed my mobile order (1 combo meal) at 5:12pm, did not receive my order until 5:29pm.
2. When I walked in, all I heard was 2 people arguing & talking negative about another employee.
3. I counted 8 people behind the counter/in kitchen area, only 4 were working. The others were standing in a huddle talking.

I ordered delivery because I’m usually in the drive thru. The food I had delivered was cold and nasty. The burgers looked like they been sitting out. Like they didn’t care at all.

During my visit to the Wendy’s on Charlie Watts Drive in Dallas, Georgia, on January 20, 2026, I found the overall experience to be efficient and reliable. As I pulled through the drive-thru, I noticed that both the building exterior and the parking lot were well-maintained and clean. I was greeted immediately upon pulling up to the speaker by a very friendly staff member, which set a positive tone for the interaction. While the employee at the pickup window was a bit more matter-of-fact in her demeanor compared to the initial greeting, the service remained prompt and professional throughout the process.
I ordered a Dave’s Double cheeseburger and a large order of fries without salt, and the total came to approximately $11. The quality of the meal was impressive, as everything served was noticeably fresh and hot. The fries were clearly cooked to order to accommodate my request for no salt, which I greatly appreciated. My only minor critique was that the burger appeared a bit smaller than I remember from previous years, though the flavor and freshness were still very much intact. Given the cleanliness of the location and the quality of the food, I have no complaints and will most likely return to this location in the future.

Wendy’s is a chain. Everybody knows what you’re getting. The problem with this one is whoever is training. The people on fries only gives you half filled containers of fries, if you upgrade to a large and pay the difference, you’re expect to get more fries.

This has got to be the worst drive thru staff I’ve ever encountered! No matter how kind you are to them, they 99% of the time literally just close the window and are not friendly! Chatting among theirselves and when you have to get their attention to ask for some ketchup or that ranch dressing you needed with the biggest it’s like we just royally inconvenienced them. Need better management and/or staff asap. I won’t be back. Rather drive extra miles for better service!

Food was good. Place looked really nice. Like nicer than most Wendy’s. One guy was even cleaning the tables as soon as people left. My only complaint was that the restroom reeked of weed.

The food was alright, I don’t understand why my burger was cold when it took absolutely forever to get our food. If it takes that long, I expect the food to be fresh. The service was awful. Instead of just calling out order numbers like you’re supposed to, they pointed at me. I don’t know who raised you, but that’s rude. Speak up and use the order numbers that are given. Employees sitting all around the dining room on their phones. What are yall doing?
