Food was good. Place looked really nice. Like nicer than most Wendy’s. One guy was even cleaning the tables as soon as people left. My only complaint was that the restroom reeked of weed.

The food was alright, I don’t understand why my burger was cold when it took absolutely forever to get our food. If it takes that long, I expect the food to be fresh. The service was awful. Instead of just calling out order numbers like you’re supposed to, they pointed at me. I don’t know who raised you, but that’s rude. Speak up and use the order numbers that are given. Employees sitting all around the dining room on their phones. What are yall doing?

This location never has all of the ingredients to the menu. They don't have crackers for the chili, they don't have all the flavorings for the freestyle soft drinks, they don't have the nuts for the salads... Chili+ single burger = $9.29

Hamburgers were cold , mine was wrong. Ordered 2 chilis got no hot sauce no spoons, fries were ok, didn’t eat much 30$ went in the garbage. Dog wouldn’t even eat those pressed chicken scraps

Went to drive-through on my lunch break. It was busy. I will give them that, but I got the wrong order. I sent my order back the person ahead of me get my order they came back and I swear they gave me the meal that they brought back in from their car No need to argue but just be mindful and check things before you leave. The area in my order was actually wrong. Oh well.

Normally I don’t leave reviews but this interaction made me so irritated. I picked up some food for my husband and kiddo and brought it home. My child started screaming (she’s only one year old) so I checked her food and they gave her spicy chicken nuggets. They also left out our frosty and food from my husband’s biggie bag so naturally I went back up there. I was calm, respectful and asked the manager if she could remake the order, ( I hope YOU see this because you need to learn how to run your store better) she refused to remake the food and insisted on just giving us what we were missing.
Now, with the drive home, I’ve given my husband and my daughter, who is still upset from the spice, COLD food because she refused to remake the order. All I got was cold stares, eye rolls and attitude from this establishment. I will not be returning back to this location, I’d rather drive to Hiram or quite frankly ANYWHERE else.

Young adults in the drive thru and it absolutely shows!! Rude.. RUDE young ladies at the window when I went. My order was wrong but after the 2nd time going back, I gave up and just went home.

When this Wendy’s was first built the food was on point but now every time I go up there fries are never fresh as they advertise the meat looks like it’s been sitting all day the bacon is so hard it can break your teeth. When you do address the issues the young kids at the window get an attitude with you a roll their eyes. One time my spicy chicken was still raw in the middle called up there was told to come back and she had my sandwich made for me already which was completely wrong cause I ordered mine special made and before I could tell her she slammmed the window walked away and ignored me beeping my horn. I don’t go there anymore unless I absolutely need to cause there is nothing but young kids working on their phones and playing music when you come to the window. I try and tell myself well maybe it’s just a bad day for them and I brush it off but today I go and get the 2 junior bacon meal deal and I be dammed if my fries was as cold as the tomatoes and since when do you put shredded lettuce on the burgers. Girl gives me a thumbs up when she hands me my food. Asked for ketchup and just huffed and rolled her eyes. Wendy’s can you get a better crew for evening and nighttime cause dam them kids only there for a paycheck and don’t give a crap about serving the public,
