Happy to see a Wingstop location open in our area. Placed an order to go and sat down with a direct view of the kitchen. There were more people in the kitchen than there were customers. Total disorganization, workers yelling loudly at each other and about half were working while the rest were standing around with lots of horseplay. Food and garbage all over the floor and some of the workers were handling food with no gloves. Several potential customers came in and left after witnessing the chaos. An older adult lady came to the cash register and I brought to her attention what we were seeing. She apologized but no action was taken. After waiting 30 minutes we were told it would be 45 minutes to receive our order of 10 wings. We politely asked for our money back and went elsewhere for our dinner. Sadly, will not return.

So far so good! Outside of Texas, Wingstop has been hit or miss (Texas consistent good). This location is new, been twice and both have been great good and service was nice. Food ready when I arrived and correct. Manager involved, helping out. Time will tell, keep up the good work.

I repeat do not go here! Damn, the place just opened and customer service is horrible. One piece of advice if I ask for something and you didn’t give me the correct order don’t argue with the customer.

Horrible service , I watched the blonde hair girl answer then slam the phone . I OVERHEARD both of the girls talking about my friend because they gave her cold food that we waited on in the store for . The only nice one was the young man that handed us the food . Everybody else were rude I won’t be back!

The honey mustard was poppin. The Blue cheese not so much.
