Order online through the app which said the order would be done in 30 minutes. After arrviving they said the order would be another 30 minutes so I went home to wait, called the store to cancel my order the employee said they couldn't cancel the order and to call corporate. When I asked the employee why it continued to take a while she hung up on me.

We ordered online for delivery, which they apparently send out to DoorDash. It took almost 30 minutes past the estimated delivery time (that was already 62 minutes) to get our food. It was all soggy and ice cold when we got it. I called Wingstop and initially the manager didn’t seem like he wanted to be very helpful and kept telling me to contact DoorDash for a refund. I didn’t want a refund. I just wanted hot food. He got the General Manager on the phone and he quickly offered to remake our food for free ($90 order). The food was great! We just definitely won’t be ordering delivery again!

The wings were banging! Unfortunately it took 45 minutes to get my walk in order. They were definitely busy but very unorganized. In my opinion, it was worth the wait. My order was hot and correct.

I enjoyed this location. Service was quick and easy. I ordered online and my food was ready in less than 15 minutes. I asked for my wings to be well well done and the staff made it happen.

I've been here 3 times since it's opened, including on SEC Championship night. They always get the food right, it always tastes great, and it never takes too long.
As for the 1 star reviews, they all happened on the same night as a football game, so of course it's going to be busy. That's normal for a wing place on a huge game night.
To the reviews talking about no gloves, MOST food workers don't use gloves. Washing your hands is a much cleaner way to handle food than cross contamination through gloved hands. This location is fine. Just like any other Wingstop.

Ordered wings at 5:45 and 2 hours later still never heard anything. Called store to be told our order had “gone out” awhile ago, based on other reviews clearly the order never went out and the store was unprepared. Management sounds like it needs a change.
Placed order at 5::20pm on 12/6/25 and arrived 33 minutes later to a line out thr door and a manager that was blaming the youth of his staff and that they received to many large orders. This is completely due to lack of management those employees are look for your lead not you to blame them and the amount of orders. Anyone in the food service industry should have known that a Sat with the SEC Championship game would be a super busy night. But I was told by a door dash driver they had been backed up for the last 3 hours.

Payed for my food over 30 minutes ago. Not a single worker wearing a hair net and they have long hair. Not a single worker wearing gloves. This location should be shut down. All workers are under the influence and wearing AirPods. Will be contacting good heath and safety.
