We ordered online for delivery, which they apparently send out to DoorDash. It took almost 30 minutes past the estimated delivery time (that was already 62 minutes) to get our food. It was all soggy and ice cold when we got it. I called Wingstop and initially the manager didn’t seem like he wanted to be very helpful and kept telling me to contact DoorDash for a refund. I didn’t want a refund. I just wanted hot food. He got the General Manager on the phone and he quickly offered...
The wings were banging! Unfortunately it took 45 minutes to get my walk in order. They were definitely busy but very unorganized. In my opinion, it was worth the wait. My order was hot and correct.
I enjoyed this location. Service was quick and easy. I ordered online and my food was ready in less than 15 minutes. I asked for my wings to be well well done and the staff made it happen.
