WNB Factory - Wings & Burger

Ordered through UBER. Took 2 hours to get delivery. Half of the food was ice cold. Like a fry would be hot on one end and almost frozen at the other. The top burger bun was ice cold. The burger patty was dry and over cooked.

Poor service. I ordered the boneless wings and shrimp fried rice….wings are basically nuggets the rice was undercooked. Service was horrible. Was told my order would be ready in 20 minutes for pick up. Had to wait an additional 15 minutes once I arrived. Go somewhere else for quality!!!

These wings are like baby wings lol as much as they charge you would think there would be meat on them. This is ridiculous but hilarious.

The male manager who identified himself as the kitchen manager was extremely disrespectful and rude! I’ve never in my life dealt with someone so unprofessional. We had a horrible experience where our wings were over cooked and the fried rice was over cooked and we were seeking a solution, at least a remake and he hung up in my face and told me to call back on Saturday!!! He didn’t even give me the name of the person I was supposed to speak to and in disgusted at how poorly I was treated. There is NO excuse to treat a paying customer that way! He should not be a manager disrespecting customers in this manner!!!!!!!!!! This situation needs to be fixed and addressed!!! The food needs to be remade, because it wasn’t edible!!!! This store needs a new manager, because he is NOT a good fit!

Save yourself the headache long lines and awful food

My husband and I ordered 10 piece Buffalo wings, 18 piece 3 different flavor wings, whole order of fry and large fried rice on August 21, 2024 around 4:30pm. We made online order and my husband went picked it up when it was ready..first of all rice tasted just like the cooking oil, was very oily and hard to eat. The worst part my husband got FOOD POISONING from the wings!!!! He ate all the wings and within an hr he started to feel not well. He began getting sick and has food poisoning. Hes dehydrated now bc how severe hes been sick. He's still currently trying to recover and has to miss 2 days of work bc of negligence in this restaurant. I had minor stomach cramps since i ate only few wings.(mind u the wings didn't look too bad and looked soft, but flavor was fine)

We have ordered prior from them with having some issues but never this bad. We havent complained prior to this incident. My husband is so sick and has to miss work bc the chicken clearly was old and just tossed in sauce. My kids wouldn't even eat rice bc it was so oily and tasted awful.

0 customer service, a bite was taken out of one of my boneless wings. 10/10 would never come here again. Absolutely disgusting. If I find out one of these heathens gave me something from tampering with my food, I'm suing.

I had to grab my own bag and sauce! And then, when I went to grab more sauces for my large order, they were talking about charging for extra sauce.

No one out of five or six people told me my order was ready.
It’s just a bunch of bad behind kids working there now that need some real management.

You cannot pay me to come back here, you’re getting cooked in your own city!

They dont deserve that 4 star, it takes forever to get ur food over 25 minutes even if there’s no one there. Also the customer service was rude, except for the nice women but the men are rude and seem like they don’t wanna work

Had to cancel my order after 2 hours! My DoorDasher said there was 1 Kid working in the back and 20 people waiting. I called to ask the wait time and the young girl said 1 hour. After waiting 2 hours, I had to cancel my order. I’m not sure what happened to this place but never again will I order from here. Owners: Please hire more staff. Your reviews are going down quickly.

I paid over $100 including tipping for a pickup order. When my husband arrived he was told another 20 minutes but ended up waiting closer to 45. When he got home half the food was missing. We called the restaurant and they told us 30 minutes they’d have it ready. He showed up about 45 minutes later and had to wait another 45 minutes for them to fix the food they forgot. When he finally arrived home the order still wasn’t right. There was peas and carrots in the rice. The chicken tender plate didn’t come with fries or coleslaw or toast even after he showed them we ordered the plate and not just the tenders. We will never come back here. They didn’t even offer any thing for their screw up including all the extra time and having to drive back there to pick it up. And their chicken Philly didn’t even have chicken on a large part of the bun.

JUST Go somewhere else, we waited for over an hour( order placed at 6:25 pm did recieve it till 7:32 for our food, and several the guys from the back were routinely not in the back upfront, and the front girl couldn't leave them alone long enough to let them do their job. If it is going to take that long, say something anything. They also blamed us for the delay, stating it was because we had an item grilled and an item fried...really no discount, nothing for the insane wait, lack of service, and then blaming us...
Sandwiches the meat was over cooked and hard to chew and the coleslaw is old so pass on it.
