Just picked up my food and the chicken on my grilled chicken salad is raw. They cut up the raw chicken and put it on my salad. Called the restaurant and they said I had to bring my receipt up there for a remake. I just wanted a refund, they said that’s not an option. I have two kids and cannot go back. Also I don’t trust them to make me more food. So no food, no money, and no apology, just an attitude from a female employee.
first time New Philly can sandwich was excellent
second time it was Inconsistent and drier than first with cold fries
DO NOT RECOMMEND
I ordered on the app. Went to pick up the order at the time stated and we had to wait an hour for our food! This is terrible! Now the food is cold. We will not be ordering from here again.
