Ordered a “Sauce Boss Box”, which has Fingerz, Fries & Cheese Bites & includes 3 sauce choices.
Only there were no (NONE) sauces in the bag when I got home.
For Goodness’ sake, sauces were in the bag & you exclude them.
Goodbye Zaxby’s - used to love this place.

I ordered three things in drive thru and they messed up all three. The chicken finger in the nibbler was so tiny - and super crisp/overcooked. I ordered a small Cole slaw and was given it in two tiny condiment cups instead of the usual small side cup. The Condiment cup lids did not fit or they were not put on correctly therefore I wound up with coleslaw all over everything including the bag contents, me and my car seat. I ordered a cup of water - which I placed in my console.The cup had a hole in it so my key fob and other things got submerged in water . I have the spoon an inch and a half of water out of the console. Definitely my last visit here.

This is what I got for $15. No drink, just an ice water. Didn’t even get my order right, I asked for no coleslaw. Never have I gotten such a pitiful amount of food for $15. Took them 30 minutes to serve like four cars as well. Super disappointing…

I'm really tired of restaurants catering to drive-thru and mobile orders, making people dining in wait a ridiculous amount. We ordered large fries and cheese bites and had to wait 15 minutes while we watched at least a dozen cars go by in the drive-thru and a handful of mobile orders (2 of which being pretty large orders) while only 1 group in front of us inside was served. It's unacceptable, and we won't be returning to this Zaxby's.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to share my recent experience at your location, which was quite disappointing.

Last week, I visited your drive-thru at 10:45 AM and found myself waiting in line for 30 minutes. Upon reaching the window, I was informed by the manager, Kade Larkin, that I would need to wait an additional 15 minutes for the food items I ordered, specifically the tenders. This was an unexpected situation, and I was surprised to find that there was no apology or attempt to rectify the matter from the manager.

As a frequent customer at this location, I have always enjoyed my visits, but this experience has unfortunately led me to reconsider my future patronage.

Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. I hope you will address this matter, as it may improve the experience for future customers.
