I have a wonderful experience EVERYTIME I come to this Zaxby’s at Hillside Overlook thanks to Ms. Kori. She has one of the greatest attitudes — always positive, uplifting, and genuinely kind. She was incredibly helpful and you can tell she works very hard to make sure every guest is taken care of. Her great spirit truly makes my visits better. Thank you, Ms. Kori!

This Zaxby’s is by far the best, between Kori always with a positive attitude and Cason managing the team to perfection, it’s great. Given the amount of business they get, it’s occasional for a mistake to be made, and that’s okay but that’s what makes them great, they’re always ready to fix any mistake made and make sure they leave with a smile.
Truly the best Zaxby’s in Paulding county.

I just had to leave a review for Dez. She had amazing customer service. My husband and I pulled up from getting our order through the drive thru and she stopped and asked us if she could help us and we told her our order wasn’t correct and she took it back inside and corrected the order. She was absolutely amazing because she saved us from having to go back into the store. We just want her and management to know we truly appreciate her remarkable service. That really goes a long way!!!

Just a little confused because I ordered a singular count of 5 wings and was charged a little over $10? When the meal is just below $12? I didn’t want fries and a drink but 10 dollars for 5 wings is insane lmfao. i ordered five wings all flats and they gave me all drums? I used to be a manager at Zaxbys and I cannot for the life of me understand how 5 wings total $10+ dollars. The food here is nowhere good enough for that price, and if the menu has changed that much I just don’t understand the point lol. The service is mediocre, and the food is mediocre in the sense that you want something to eat but are okay with okay food - why is it this pricey for five singular wings?? What the hell lol.
RACIST!!!!!!! They really don’t deserve no stars but they messed my order up last night didn’t notice until I got home but I returned back to get help with my order but instead of opening the door they got a random black kid to pretend to be the manager. The kid was respectful he told me to come back the next day because they were closing. I went back up there but I called looking for the individual they said was the manager but when I called they said he wasn’t the manager and told me to describe how he looked I said he was a black man with a short Afro the entire staff laughed on the phone and said “we don’t have any of those type of PEOPLE here”. She later transfer me to another black man who didn’t sound like the last guy I talk to but he was also respectful but the moral of the story is DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION the didn’t put seasoning on my fries and I get the feeling that for black people their not For.Us.By.Us and I’m currently in line writing this long review with enough time to edit and proof read this because they can’t get people in the drive through in and out quick enough thank you for reading this and this was a great 8 boneless combo. They made me a remake but CARL PONDER WAS REAL HELPFUL OFFERED ME COOKIES AND A DRINK HE IS THE ONLY REASON ILL BE BACK THANK HIM HE MADE ME KEEP MY COOL

Food was aweful service was okay but the team clearly was ready to leave. Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich came with no toppings and also order loaded fries and that came with no bacon and the cheese wasn’t melted. Won’t be coming back especially to that location. If the cooks don’t like their job they should find new ones.

Baby tenders? Adolescent nuggets? Chicken strip pieces?
Tenders were so small, got 3 and was annoyed. If you're chopping up your tenders just say that up front.

This store has the friendliest staff, the best Zaxbys I’ve ever had and it got to me so quick. Cason made this experience what all Zaxbys should model themselves after.
