Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

This used to be the best location. With zero issues. For MANY MANY years! But the last SEVERAL times I have been here, I’ve wanted to throw my food in the garbage as soon as I get home and unpack it. They give dips that are already open and pour out into the bag and get all over everything else. The food looks like they just scraped someone else’s leftovers into your tray/container. And the customer “service”……LOLOL!! What customer service???!!!! I guess I’ll be going back to Chick-fil-A across the street from now on!!

Establishment on inside smells, went through drive through and ordered food for my family of 5. One specific order was a 10 piece wing and they gave me all drums. I spoke with Preston the manager and he said he would take care of it that was on the 16th now that it is the time for me to come in Preston is refusing to keep his word on replacing it. Claiming he doesn’t remember the conversion even though he confirmed it was him we spoke to. We have proof of purchase but he will not accept it. Moving forward this establishment will not receive my family business or my friends who live in the area. It’s about integrity and honesty and Preston has shown that given the option to he would not have such traits and will pretend the conversation never happened. Even after being told multiple times we have proof of purchase over the phone.

Ignored me while I was standing and knocking at door at 10:01 pm. (Sign on door said late night Zax til 12am.

Several employees were in lobby chatting and even one sat by the window without even gesturing drive thru only although FOOD was sitting in view on mobile rack by door where I was knocking. Customers were also grabbing their food AT COUNTER and proceeding to sit down.

Was rude in the drive thru and petty which is highly disturbing especially for late night when people just want to grab and go.

Usually not a problem here but will NOT be returning .

Let me start by saying I’ve been going to this location for years and have never had a problem like this, but this one was so obvious and so bad I felt the need to post for awareness. I ordered a garden salad with no chicken, not only was there chicken on the salad, but it was raw. I could see it was raw before I even opened the container so not sure how this was missed. Raw chicken is such a dangerous mistake. Super disappointing.

Food was hot and fresh! They got our order perfectly correct! Chris was who took our order for my family of 4 and he was super nice and showed that he cared about his job and doing it well.

Couldn’t say anything better about this visit!

My coworker and I loves this location! We are always met with good food and good service! Service from Cason is always exceptional! He is very welcoming and makes sure that very thing is fresh.

Could do a better job at how they cook the chicken. Most of the time over done or under done. Fries soggy if take out. Just not to good after covid
