2 stars because my cookie butter milkshake was good. All the food was cold, toast was black, and our chicken tenders were pink. We also got 3 meals with tenders and they gave us 1 zax sauce for all 3 of our meals. This place used to be great I don’t know what happened
The manager is actually very friendly if you have an issue which I usually don't but she resolved it very quickly and I appreciate that!!

Not sure if this location has a cap on sauce but I order the boneless wings meal with sweet and spicy sauce and I barley had any on my chicken. The sauce is the reason I get the meal and if I wanted just nuggets I would have went somewhere else.

You guys suck when it comes to a pick up order that is ordered a day before everybody kept hanging up on me. I would recommend the one in Hiram if you’re needing a party platter.

Food was cold, chicken strips were fresh for my toddler. Waited 15 minutes for all the food to be cold. I would have turned around and took it back to get a refund but was running late to appointment. You would think if you waited a while all the food would be fresh.

This used to be the best location. With zero issues. For MANY MANY years! But the last SEVERAL times I have been here, I’ve wanted to throw my food in the garbage as soon as I get home and unpack it. They give dips that are already open and pour out into the bag and get all over everything else. The food looks like they just scraped someone else’s leftovers into your tray/container. And the customer “service”……LOLOL!! What customer service???!!!! I guess I’ll be going back to Chick-fil-A across the street from now on!!
