Ordered a 2 for 25 pacifically told the waitress that what I wanted and she showed me the menu for the 2 for 25 at the end when they brought my bill out it was double said that they charged me double because I ordered something that wasn't on the 2 for 25 and it was on the 2 for 25 the service wouldn't even good my steak was not well done sent it back twice it still came back half done and when I had her to call the manager out and he got a bad attitude with us do not recommend this place very poor service and customer service

We decided to try Applebees again. Came here for a quick dinner. Had the grilled cheese burger (super greasy) and my wife oriental chicken salad which lacked freshness and flavor. I had ordered a beer and the server told us they were out of what I ordered so I cancelled it. Upon receiving the Christian’s k, the beer was still on the bill. They removed it when I requested it. I can’t see us returning.

I wish i can give zero star for service!! The management is really worst. Staff is mean, we waited 10mins just to be asked for table for how many. All staff members see us waiting there but no one came. Really bad service.

I went to bar to have a couple of drinks which I had , met some great people but I sat at bat to drink an be merry but was shushed at bar by Heather , I sat at bar to have a drink an meet people but found out because of poor management all people including overly religious zelots in Dalton were sat exactly behind me , I was trying to talk to a great guy from Utah across the bar an was told to be quiet at a bar I strongly recommend if your traveling just bypass Walton ave .exit in Dalton Ga. I will never be served at this Applebee's ever again by Heather she barely spoke to me an talked on neverending to people she new the prices are very high so just keep going to anywhere else they don't care about travelers such as all of us only locals even with all this I gave Heather a very good tip because I came to review this place , have been to many great Applebee's but not this one!!!!
I had the riblet plate and apple pie. Both were absolutely delicious! My server, Rayleigh, was terrific!

We came in for my daughters bday. As soon as our server morgan came to our table. She pushed us ordering our food as soon as she got our drinks and appetizers. After telling her we would need a min she asked my teenagers if they was ready they say yes. She states she going to start there. We got the trio appetizers and when we got it our boneless wings was cold. I got the ceaser salad with grilled chicken. My chicken was cold. My 4 year old meal which was a corn dog with fries. His fries came out way after his corn dog. By this time he was ready togo. With 2 adults and 3 teenagers and 2 toddlers. Fries shouldnt come out after meals. While leaving the manager sitting on the side of the building arguing with her bf. Do better applebees.
