I generally have a good experience here. The last one was not. I ordered our food and then remembered I had to run to another store before they closed. I went there while my wife waited at the table. I was back before our appetizer arrived. It then took an hour to get our entrées. Apparently, they cooked the food and never told anyone, so it just "sat in the window." A manager apologized, cooked the food again, and comped or meal. I felt like we were treating fairly considering the circumstances. But, someone (our waitress) should have figured out what was going on long before an hour.
TLDR; They're going through staffing changes, so you might need to allow some extra time.

ordered to go. food was fine but found a fake nail at the bottom of the bag. called them, said just so you know one of your to go staff or a line cook is losing their nails in customers food bag, manager said nah couldn’t be us. but it unfortunately was them. hope the manager turned right around and addressed the issue in the kitchen but doubtful. this is unsanitary and frankly unappetizing. no refund issued

Ben is the absolute worst waitor I have encountered .My family and I went for lunch yesterday 11/17/24 . He seemed to be somewhat intoxicated, as well as irritatable with his job. My family could smell the alcohol on his breath . The service was terrible. Our Food was cold and We never got any refills. I will not be returning back to Dalton Applebees location.
