Our waitress was amazing and the place was clean, but the food wasn't really. The fiesta lime chicken was beyond salty and I ordered a beer that is dark and it came light, they probably messed up while they replaced the barrels, who knows.

We were seated right away. It didn't take long for are waitress to come. She was very pleasant and took our order. It didn't take very long to get our order and the food was good. They were busy but they had plenty of help. The dining room was a mess there are paper and food every around the floor and employees were just walking by it not picking it up. And not like they were all busy and couldn't do it it's like they didn't care. Where was management? In the kitchen cooking?

I opened this store years ago. I haven't been back in many. I always loved eating there. The atmosphere was awesome the servers were outstanding and the over all look of the inside was spectacular. I do not know why y'all changed it ?
When we arrived for our 46th Anniversary dinner, you only had two servers. But I will say the young man serving us was very professional. We did not have to wait for anything. The store had a steady flow of customers co.ing in. I wish I could remember his name. He was awesome!

We arrived around 2 pm on Sunday. There were only a few people seated, and they were not busy at all. One couple ahead of us had their name on a list(?). Another family was waiting behind them. It was obvious that they were short-handed, which is sad. Applebee's is one of my favorite restaurants. We saw two people, one bussing tables, one server. After 3-4 minutes, we decided not to stay. I hope they turn it around so they don't fail.

Had to wait around 45minutes to an hour or so, which is o.k, I understand. They had plenty of waiters on the floor, but only limited actually “working”. Once we got sat down waiter came by and got our order… we had just gotten our drinks, and the waiter came by and asked if we were ready for the bill (which he already had in his hand). We hadn’t received forks until we finally waved the waiter down after the food had been sat on the table for a few mins( first thinking.. give them time maybe they are headed to grab the silverware)The food was sitting in the kitchen for awhile because when the food came to the table it was already cold. Another member in our group asked for the fries to be fixed because they were HARD! They fixed them, but I’m assuming this wasn’t the first complaint they had because the waiter said “I think they are cooking with old grease.” The owner really should check this place out as a regular customer to see the full experience.

We were sat down promptly but after over 15 minutes of waiting on a waiter we had to leave. Unfortunate… usually love apebees.
